In my current save 3 seasons in and Arsenal no longer considers MU their fierce rival and Barcelona is no longer a rival of Chelsea. Using the editor to check I can also see that City is developing a one-sided rivalry with Chelsea (29 out of 100). No idea how it works exactly though. Kinda weird that City considers Chelsea their rival when they never lost a match against Chelsea (but drew in 3 out of 6 matches) and never met outside of league matches.
