burdinho Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 Hi all I'm with Kaiserslautern in the Bundesliga after back to back promotions. So I want to improve my coaching staff throughout the club, from first team, to U19s, to the reserve squad. I've brought in a Technical Director, who has 19 for judging staff ability. However, he has brought in some utter dross for my reserve squad, a GK coach of 8 or less for all three GK coaching specialisms. Similarly, a fitness coach with 7 for fitness coaching. The reserve squad does have the most staff vacancies, and Im not expecting 20s across the board, but I'm at a loss as to why he's bringing in such dross? Snorks Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 I have never trusted staff with hiring staff (or players for that matter) - at the very least I would need to keep the final say on contracts.
