XaW Posted November 7, 2019 Share Posted November 7, 2019 Since we are unable to request philosophies, there are certain visions that are more or less impossible to have implemented for our clubs in FM2020. Seb Wassell confirmed only play stiles are visions the board will adapt to at the moment. 20 minutes ago, Seb Wassell said: The board will adopt your playing style only at this time. So, I'd like to request the possibility of the board adapting the other possible visions as well if the manager is successful. This would be like "creating an identity" for the club outside the pitch. For instance, if the manager are developing a lot of youth players and having success, the board are more likely to adopt that as a continued long term vision.
