TerminalPortugal
Another loan signing at full back. Looks to be a good player. I think we are getting to the point where you could say we have plenty of depth.
TerminalPortugal
Another deadline day loan signing, this time a centre back, again looks like a good acquisition for the team.
TerminalPortugal
The loan fest continues with 2 hours remaining of the window and in comes Abdulai, another good strike option.
TerminalPortugal
Draw for the FA Cup and we get Proud Utd at home, which I think we can win.
TerminalPortugal
First month in the Ghanaian Premier League and there has definately been a step up in standards. We pick up to wins and two losses, but considering where we are meant to finish I am very happy with that start. Aduana Stars were top, when we played them so very happy with that result especially, going there and turning them over. Mid table after the first month, very happy with that so far. TerminalPortugal
An amazing month for us as we pick up 4 wins and a draw including an away win at Ashanti Gold. I think we might have a nose bleed as we move to top of the table, if only temporarily. Ashanti Gold are having a bit of a nightmare start to their title defence at the moment. After beating Proud Utd pretty easily we face Amidaus in the 3rd Round.
TerminalPortugal
First time we get approach for another job in Ghana, but it really was not the right move for us.
TerminalPortugal
A decent month for us, the two losses have kind of tempered our mood in the league but we bounced back in the cup. We drop to 4th, but we are still having a great season. Next up in the cup is Nea Salamina.

TerminalPortugal
A new contract for Kofi at the club.
TerminalPortugal
A fantastic month for us as we bring in consistency and take away 4 wins and draw to continue our top of the table form. The boys are just putting out of their skin to maintain us in and around the top of the table. Well would you look at that, at about the half way stage we sit top of the table, it has been amazing half season. I am so eager that we continue this form. TerminalPortugal
A testy month, as we draw two games in the league, but in the cup we got through both the 4th and 5th Rounds. As we come to business end of the season we are right in it at this stage. The two draws have slightly broken our momentum but we are well in it. An incredible season. The quarter final draw is about as hard as it gets with Asante Kotoko away, who currently are leading us in the league.
TerminalPortugal
We got offered the Ghana job and decided to take it, the reasoning is, that it will boost the CV going forward so getting jobs for the future should hopefully be easier. No points to be won with Ghana, but I will update you of how the side job goes.
TerminalPortugal
We somehow have qualified for the CAF Champions League and we play Botsawanan outfit Mochudi Centre Chiefs in the Prelims. I would think we have every chance of getting through that game. Unsure why we qualified, they might take the league table at a specific point in time for the qualifiers, as we have spent quite a period of time top of the league this season. TerminalPortugal
A very tough July for us as we drop points to a tough game against Ashanti Gold at home, and get thoroughly beaten by Kotoko in the cup. With 8 games to go we are three points behind Asante Kotoko and right in the hunt for the title. It is going to be tough now to overhaul Asante Kotoko but we will do our best to do just that. TerminalPortugal
The transfer window is back open and we bring in a new face to the midfield, looks a good player for us.

TerminalPortugal
I have never seen this before, the club just sold off our best centre back and now they bring him back on loan. Pretty happy about it.
TerminalPortugal
A perfect month for us as we sweep all before us including a huge game against Kotoko, to put the title in our own hands with just a few games to go. As you can see there are 4 games to go and we are tied on points with Kotoko with a marginally better goal difference. It is really going to down to the wire here. The run in for the sides that are still chasing the title looks like this. I would argue our run in looks a bit harder than Kotoko's but it's in our hands. After dispatching Botswanan opposition in the last round we now face Sudanese opposition in the First Round of the CAF Champions League.
TerminalPortugal
This year's youth intake looks half decent. Danso particularly could be featuring sooner rather than later in the first team.
TerminalPortugal
Eleven Wonders have probably blown any chances they had to mount a title challenge after that draw.

TerminalPortugal
September could be the month that ends up costing us the title as that loss to Eleven Wonders has given Asante Kotoko the advantage going into our final game, and two games for Kotoko. We managed to overcome Al Hilal in the bookends of the month by 3-0 on aggregate. The table is finely poised, Asante have a hame in hand and are two points back meaning that two wins for them will give them the title, anything else and we can steal with a win on the final day. Our draw for the Champions League group looks like it could have some tough fixtures.
TerminalPortugal
This win gives Ashanti an outside shot at the title, Ashanti can still get to 62 points, so would need a big win on the final day and hope that we lose and Asante do not win any of their final remaining games. TerminalPortugal
Gawu has been incredible this season for us at the age of 36-37. He is retiring at the end of the season but 26 goals in 37 appearances, really went some way to get us the goals we lost from last season.
TerminalPortugal
Asante do their job mid week to go back top of the league by a point. It will be in their hands when they face off against already relagated Team Youth in the final game, at this stage it really would be a hope and a prayer for us to lift the title. Ashanti Gold's hopes are over with that win.
TerminalPortugal
We did our job in the final game of the season with a spirited 3-2 win. However we knew early on that the news from Kotoko did not help our cause, Asante take the title, as our dreams are crushed on the final day of the season. TerminalPortugal
The final league table ends up looking like this, Asante win it by a point from us with Ashanti Gold 3 pts further back. Team Youth, Heart of Lions and the West African Football Academy are relegated from the the Premier League. Over to the points Points from Last Season 26 League Wins (20) - 20 - League Losses (5) = 15 pts Cup Wins 4 and Cup Losses 1 = 3 pts Champions League wins so far 4, no losses = 4 pts Second Place Finish 20 pts Grand Total = 68 pts out of 500 attained. Unfortunate with the runner up spot but good progress nonetheless. Yeah its been a pretty crazy start to things. Was expecting it to be a relegation battle second season, but as we got in a few new faces and got a bit of team cohesion we managed to just keep the run going.
