shaunvamos
2021 Youth Intake An excellent intake on the face of it, it has been described as a golden generation.
shaunvamos
March 2021 I accidentally played a game in April, but we had a much better month, and in a position to get a playoff spot.
shaunvamos
April 2021 An excellent month, and now we are in the playoffs! We have a tough May, so it's definitely gonna be a nervous time.
shaunvamos
It can probably be argued that we have the worst run in out of the 8 eligible teams.
shaunvamos
May 2021 We came out of this difficult month unbeaten with some brilliant play and outstanding defence. We've guaranteed a playoff spot, but automatic promotion is in reach. We hold all the best cards, considering our final game is against 21st place Lugo. It is an away game, but even a draw gives us a free pass into La Liga.

shaunvamos
2021/22 Season Review How we managed to get away with that is beyond me. I had my head in my hands, preparing for the playoffs, and the inevitable disappointment of having to spend another season in the Segunda. But, whatever rules they have for breaking ties favoured us, and now we are in La Liga! It's also nice to see that our fellow Canarian team Las Palmas will be joining us, although that means we can't steal their players yet. Although, being rivals, that would probably be a stretch anyway. Carlos Abad Juanpe - Jorge Sáenz - Arodi Bolado 2A* Luis Pérez - Hernán Santana - Iker Undabarrena - Isma López Zonzamas Vargas Erik Expósito - José Naranjo
shaunvamos
I think we have a potential gem on our hands. He pretty much played a full season for us, and didn't disappoint. At 17 with plenty of room to improve, I'm determined to hold on to him for at least another 3 years, and hopefully he won't want to leave.
shaunvamos
2021 Preseason An okay preseason. Transfers One to sell in the future, and one as a backup in CAM. We almost signed one of the few players I've heard of that are from the Canary Islands in Pedro, but he wanted 20k more a week than what we could afford, so he went to Eibar instead. Preseason Prediction Understandably predicted to finish bottom, but I hope 17th isn't too much to ask. We can definitely beat Las Palmas, but results will have to fall in our favour with at least the bottom third of teams.
shaunvamos
August 2021 A rude welcome into the top tier by Getafe, but we pulled an incredible win out against Villarreal. Hopefully we didn't exhaust all our luck this early.

shaunvamos
September 2021 Gijon slaughtered us when we had 4 players out injured or suspended, but besides a brilliant win against Bilbao not much to write home about. On the other hand, our junior coaching is maxed out and our youth recruitment is one upgrade away from the same.
shaunvamos
October 2021 If it wasn't for stoppage time goals, we would have 4 losses this month. Normality appears to have resumed.
sherwinriga
Congrats on Tenerife's promotion to La Liga! I'm sure that you'll be ready to take Tenerife into the European competitions soon! As always, I want to take a look at the NT rosters of the Northwestern African teams (Cape Verde, Mauritania, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mali, Senegal, Niger, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Guinea and Burkina Faso) and the Western European teams (Portugal, Spain and Andorra). Also, I don't know if there is a Canarian regional league, which is lower than the Tercera División. It would be great to see them as the current season is looking great right now! As for the NTs, I hope most of them will make it to the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Keep up the good work!
shaunvamos
November 2021 A high scoring month, in which we came back to draw with Levante after being down 3-0 at half time, a blown win against Pamplona in which we had a 2-1 lead, and a near-blown win against Malaga. We start our December against Barcelona, and I hope we can keep it under 5.

shaunvamos
April 2022 Conceded 13 in our first 4 games, but I am not happy with our loss to Sociedad, we had a 3-1 lead. Our win over Alaves and late draw to Vigo should be enough to keep us in the division.
shaunvamos
2021/22 Season Review Overall, I am very, very happy with the season. We never really looked like being relegated, more or less avoiding the relegation battle, and had some nice wins along the way. Our players are developing nicely as well, and with the lack of Canarian players out there, the development of our own players will be crucial. Best Eleven Moha Ramos Jorge Sáenz - Juanpe - Arodi Bolado 2A* Luis Pérez - Alberto - Luis Milla - Isma López Borja Lasso Rafa Mújica - Zonzamas Vargas Putting our La Liga TV money to good use. shaunvamos
2022 Preseason There was also a 1-0 win over Basel before the season reset. Transfers No one has left really, because our B side has been promoted into the 3rd tier and is therefore playable, so anyone needing gametime will be playing for them. As for our buys, Saenz and Juanpe join us permanently after spending the previous 2 seasons on loan with us, and the other 3 are more players that will play a role in the first team while also giving our youngsters a bit more time to develop rather than being thrust into the first team too early. Preseason Predictions Surprisingly, we aren't predicted to go down. I'm just hoping for safety again, as I feel teams are most vulnerable to going down after being safe the year of promotion. So just consolidate our place in the league, whilst allowing our young players to develop to be stronger for next season. That is the aim.

sherwinriga
Great first season in top league La Liga with the surviving finish! I'm definitely gonna like the fact that staying in the top league would be much a challenge I'll say! Uh, one thing is that it's almost time for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. So, I'll re-post it again. shaunvamos
December 2022 A brilliant month of friendlies, could this mean a turnaround in our fortunes?
shaunvamos
January 2023 A decent month considering the form we've been in, especially to smash Bilbao like that. What's bothering me is the gap that is starting to open up between us and 17th. Transfers Valencia met our starting keepers release clause, and so he goes for a club record fee. We make a nice profit of about 9 million.
shaunvamos
February 2023 We really had a knack for losing 3-1 to teams with 'real' in their names, but a win against Alaves and another 'Real' team in Madrid brings us out of the relegation zone for the first time in a long time, perhaps temporarily. shaunvamos
2023 Youth Intake We've been really fortunate with our youth intakes, and this one has not bucked the trend. shaunvamos
March 2023 Definition of inconsistency, by CD Tenerife: Beating Real Madrid and Barcelona in consecutive games and then losing to teams they shouldn't be (like Vallecano).

shaunvamos
2022/23 Season Review It was incredibly ugly, but we survived. Next season I hope it'll be easier, our players have developed a bit more, and are beginning to form the spine of our team. I just need to keep them happy when I reject offers from big clubs. shaunvamos
2023 Preseason Pretty perfect. Predictions Predicted last, so we can't get any worse. shaunvamos
January 2024 Plenty of losses, but that win at Vigo was the most important one.
