Administrators Neil Brock Posted January 1, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 1, 2019 On the dropdown in Steam where you selected 'public beta' (so Properties -> Beta tab) select 'None - Opt out of all beta programs'. Then click the [Close] button. When a beta update is released your game will not be automatically updated. The version available currently on the beta dropdown tab is exactly the same as the full retail version, so the game will not update or change in any way for the timebeing.
