Piperita Posted November 2, 2018 Share Posted November 2, 2018 I use it whenever I see a weakness in the opponent's formation or if I made some seemingly weird or completely new tactical tweaks. I don't know how well players remember personal appeals throughout the season but for the early run it really helped my leftback in offense. After falling flat on my butt I don't let my assistant handle those. Once I accidentally handed it over instead of ending the meeting and ALL players were red and still pissed at gameday.
