kitcub Posted June 1, 2018 Share Posted June 1, 2018 I believe the size of scouting team is directly proportional to the star rating of the chief scout. I'm unsure however whether there are other influencing factors outside of this (such as size and scope of team, financial stability, club status and reach etc) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
