XaW
A small QoL suggestion that would improve things. We often get these kinds of news in the inbox where the assistant suggests new staff to sign, however the suggested ones are note often good enough, or with the skills I feel the squads need at the moment. My suggestion is to somehow mark these staff as "not interested". In the context that I tell my assistant I'm not interested in his this particular staff for whatever reason. I might even be able to tell the assistant why. "I'd like a coach that's better at the defensive training" or along those lines. Or that "I'd a higher level of professionalism in my youth coaches, so it might rub off on the young players". This will leave the staff in question out of the suggestions for the next year at least and if my assistant has a good network of fellow staff then he might suggest a more suitable staff member to hire (or at least stay away from the marked staff).
