How does that work when the game starts during the qualifying rounds? Do they cause any knock-on issues with later draws, squad registration, or fixture scheduling? I assume KUBI is referring to the league fixtures rather than Champions League because as you say even the latest start date is before all the qualifying rounds have been played.
