[Suggestion] Change default contract offer behaviour

An issue with the game continue timer again, sometimes you miss the notification about a bid being accepted and a contract being able to be offered. At present, this doesn't lock down the end of the continue timer. It means playing network games at times of not paying full attention you can end up withdrawing your bid.

I'd suggest if the timer cannot be hard locked (like when it comes to team selection etc) then the clubs DoF should take over contract negotiations. It's the cause of minor grumbles on all sides, when a club then won't renegotiate anywhere near where they were at before for the player and even if they do, the player may not be willing to negotiate due to the previous breakdown in talks.
