As now are new ways of penalties, no offside rule, more substitutes etc. I think a large number of people including myself would be enthusiastic of the opportunity to be among the first to manage a football team in these new rules and be more oriented if football in general needs those changes or not. Just as we have the challenges, or create a club etc we could add "Future football" feature where we can choose between a number of new rules to apply before we start a career. Think about it!
