FrazT Posted March 15, 2017 Share Posted March 15, 2017 When setting free kick takers, have the ability to choose between selecting a player for a direct goal attempt ( say 18-30 yards out in front ) and selecting another player for a cross from wide or long range free kick. This will stop the frustration if your best free kick taker is also your target man or striker and you find him taking free kicks from half way inside the opposition half or from out wide, rather than being in the area for the cross.
