But what about when you want to offer an older / retiring player a coaching role, and you have no idea what type of speciality they have? The problem is that you often need to sack one of your existing coaches (limited slots) for the new one to come in...but how do you decide which coach to sack when there's no indication of what kind of coach a retiring player will become? An assistant manager who would recommend players for selection with reports on a player's current and future ability, just like in club management?
