It's a 4-4-1-1 like you use except the instructions provide a lot of very fluid, high speed passing to carve the opposition open and should suit Leicester very well. To install it click the link and download that file, then go to This PC > Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2016 > Tactics and place it there. It'll appear in your tactics folder in game. @lexia

Yes. From what I read around the forum and my own experience, it seems to be a much better PPM than placing shots.

Goalkeepers in FM16 have frogslegs and can make amazing jumps, thus they have the ability to catch even the most well placed shots, with "shoots with power" PPM, however, the keeper often can't catch the ball easily and either fumbles it in or gives ripostes.
