Gangor Posted August 23, 2016 Share Posted August 23, 2016 Scouting reports routinely advise that "it might be worth keeping an eye" on the development of younger players. It would be really handy if it was possible to delegate this responsibility to the HoYD. I propose doing this by having a shortlist named something like "youth talent list" which your HoYD (or DoF) automatically scouts every 6 months or so and weights higher on his priorities for making transfer offers. Perhaps he could also advise if a player he has scouted isn't worth continuing to monitor. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
