Issue: When I created a new save using the 1.2-adjusted database, all of my staff members had "Motivating" set to 1. Very few staff in my database have Motivating values above 10. Minstrel Posted June 24, 2016 Share Posted June 24, 2016 I have run across this issue as well. Also, about backgrounds, what file type is used for new backkgrounds? Were you able to have them work as jpgs hopefully? Full screen pngs make for huge files that take up a lot of d/l bandwith when shared. Is the possibility of directing the .skn to the location of your backgrounds active currently? It looks as if they were only under consideration? Minstrel Posted June 29, 2016 Share Posted June 29, 2016 I got the backgrounds to work just adding a background folder and point to it in the .skn but it was then affected by the same overlapping backgrounds issue. Aparently this is a different issue, as even with 1.2.1 the screen overlapping is occuring when running with custom background images. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
