aaron1606 Posted January 18, 2016 Share Posted January 18, 2016 There's a issue that triggers occasionally when the user has a staff member leave that allows you to choose who takes charge of the reserve side - this shouldn't happen. When it does happen, the user themselves is the default choice to take over, which means it's easy to do. As its happened to you while on holiday, it would have confirmed the default choice automatically. Unless another news item allowing you to choose who manages them is triggered, there isn't much you can do to fix it. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

There's a possibility that there are multiple ways to trigger the news item that gives you the choice - so if anyone has a save game where they can trigger the news item (must be BEFORE the news item is present), we'll happily take a look to confirm we have that scenario covered.
