Whenever I put an ad for a coach the only people who respond want to be a coach on the main team and there is no option that I can find to advertise for these posts? Any help? samdiatmh Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 I typically don't bother with them Most of my coaching offers usually start with it defaulting to u21s coach or whatever, before I change them to a regular coach although that's probably because of their reputation (good training star coaches typically don't have high rep) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
eple Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 Did you place an advert for U-coaches? There should be an option to do so, if not you probably have the maximum number of youth coaches the board allows already. Another way to find staff that wants to do a youth coach role is to go to staff search and add job(Contract->Job) as a view option. It will show you if they are working for U-20 or U-18 sides.
