Davey Boy Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 I gave a "harsh team talk" now i have lost the dressing room, how do i get the squad harmony back? i can't win a game to save my life even though up to then i was challenging for the title now i find myself in 4th with players just not playing for me as before we were beating all around us.
