Slow loading after graphics applied

I installed some graphics. Face packs, logos , the lot.

I applied them and reloaded the skin, which took 10 minutes.

Now when loading the game from Steam, it get's stuck on the 'loading' screen for 10 minutes before it finally loads!

Any ideas? I'm using caching.

I reinstalled and it was fine. Then added the graphics and back to the ten minute loading screen.

Call your graphics folder something else such as graphics2 (you might need to turn the skin cache and reload the skin to get the graphics to redisplay if they disappear).

On OSX Mavericks, if that makes any difference.

Since tonight's update, it's started again.

I've renamed the folder. Loaded the game, quick.

Graphics missing so reload cache and it's taking ages again.

Any Ideas? Or at least the perfect order to do this in??

If you do "reload skin" once and then turn on cache it might help you, as it seems like the game needs to index the logos, faces etc. again after the update.

If it works then you should only have to do that once for each skin. At least that is my experience.
