The 3 DMC's are important players on the field, they stop the opponents actions and proposing and setting up the new action. Same settings for 2 Wingers but they are more like forwards moving into channels getting in between the full backs and center backs to create more chances. The full backs are dangerous making overlapping runs , the full backs will provide a handful of assists. Two defenders try to stop and anticipate the opponent's actions but they also propose to circulate the ball. Striker looks for the weak point of the defense trying to exploit it for their own benefit. -Arrange enough friendlies so that the tactic will get fluid -Keep the players morale high. It makes the players perform better in games which is very important Training: Tactics training – Low Match prep 40% - Attacking movement General training - Tactic Individual training – Heavy Set Pieces: -Right Side Corner Kicker to best quality left preferred foot. -Left Side Corner Kicker to best quality right preferred foot -Right Free Kick to best quality left preferred foot. -Left Free Kick to best quality right preferred foot. Trips: -OI's left to assistant manager or staff only if Tactical Knowleadge 15+ -Teamtalks to assistant manager or staff only if Motivation 15+ -At the near post best Jumping and Heading attributes Please leave feedback good or bad Really sorry for my bad english, and thanks everyone is interested. All the others stopped at 2 or 3. I was wondering what the process of creation of this tactic was? Can you tell me? How did it develop to the final stage? Gladix83 Posted August 23, 2013 Author Share Posted August 23, 2013 I thank you for trying my tactics and I am glad you like it ... it is not easy to describe the work behind, but I can say that after many failures and testing, the tactic is a balance that comes from careful study of the instructions to be given to the players to try to have the best in relation to their position. Although, before they've learned the tactics, the results were poor. After 6 matches Sumy were at the bottom! http://i.imgur.com/8crZAbh.png - Goals versus teams With similar-reputed teams Sumy scored much more than conceded. They played on equal level with top teams. http://i.imgur.com/N5E2fx6.png - Goal distribution Most assists are from the deep and there is no real preference in how we concede. However, we've let only two goals after crosses. That's amazing, considering the wings seem so vulnerable when you look at the shape of the formation! http://i.imgur.com/d7sDZVi.png - The best player The central defender has the highest Average Rating in the league so far.
