I think it is a league requirement because every team in the division I am getting promoted to has under soil heating but it is not in the league rules as far as I can see. Silent_Thunder Posted March 17, 2013 Share Posted March 17, 2013 Not sure, but if you're renting and it's your leagues requirement and not theirs that soil heating be present, then it makes sense that you would have to foot the bill. I know if I was the chairman of that other team and I was told our tennat needed undersoil heating for their new league, that I be telling them to pay for it their damn selves.
