ForeverSober
Is it impossible to start a new club with a lot of money? I wanted to create a new club and then throw them straight in the English Premier League with a massive transfer budget of like £100m to sign new players. However, when you do so, the club usually ends up in financial difficulty and the players that you buy will start being sold above you. Is there anyway you can avoid this? Jedaye
Clone Man City's set up for your new team would be my suggestion.
glamdring
You need to give them money, infastructure to earn more money etc as well. A transfer budget is nothing other than a license to get yourself into debt if the money isn't there in the bank account.

jod123
You probably don't have the money in the balance. The transfer budget is only a figure stating how much you can spend but the money comes from the balance. Give yourself a foreground sugar daddy and enable the option to increase starting finances.
