Daddy Yankee
Ok, maybe I will sound stupid, but I don't know how it works. I often get that players are concerned about squad harmony, but now, I got it after few days in club. Several players are concerned about harmony, and that I don't giving team enough credit. But I just held press conference, met the staff, and assistant played game against B team. What I am doing wrong?
rinso
you did nothing wrong, more than likely the ass man took charge of friendly, you won, and he didnt give them the praise they thought they deserved

mimland
If you took over a team that is struggling, the bad harmony probably don't have anything to do with you. I took over Southampton which were struggling in L1 and I'm getting the messages of lack of harmony from day one and forward. Still haven't found a way to get rid of it with the result the team is underperforming and that ony make the harmony worse. Once your caught in that circle it is difficult to sort it. JiggyDempsey
Praising players at the right time is key Poor harmony isnt a bad thing imo, my players complained after a succession of win through poor performances, should I have priased that or asked for them to perform better??
