  1. I've created an Icelandic Pyramid with changes to TV revenue, prize and sponsorship money, dynamic professional/semi-pro status, player values, transfer preferences and dynamic transfer windows. I've also made some rather large structural changes that push this into semi-realism: Shifted the season to August to June rather than the usual April to September as pixel men don't care about sleet or snow. Squeezed all 78 senior teams into a 4-tier pyramid, with the first 3 divisions containing 20 teams (38 match season) and the 4th containing 18 (36 matches). My personal preference is for more matches & more opportunity for youth to play in rotation. Removed the pre-season cup competitions as extra league rounds compensate for the lost matches. Made the shared youth teams extinct so each team now has it's own U19 and U23 team participating in youth leagues that mirror their senior teams competition. Removed all B team/feeder affiliations from the smaller sides lower down the pyramid so that players aren't shared between teams. Each team has its own stadium - moved smaller teams to unoccupied stadiums in their city to avoid ground-sharing. Increased the expansion capacities to avoid stadium related debt. Added awards for first two divisions and their U23/U19 companion leagues. Holidayed 5+ seasons with no major issues. The sponsorship and TV money might be a tad excessive - but the amounts paid out are tied to club reputation, so as your club (and league) grows they should become competitive with higher reputation leagues. Happy to hear any feedback & make suggested changes. I've also included club logos and icons for 9 clubs that you won't find in your standard logo pack (I use TCM for reference). I'm currently putting together a kitpack for all 78 teams that I'll post sometime in the near future. 2. Looks good! Something I noticed though when starting a save is all the players in the Qantas A-League 2 are classed as Non-Eu, meaning teams wouldn't be able to play most of their squads.
  3. Yes I have gotten it to work. Are you embedding your profile pic in the config of an existing facepack or creating a new folder and config for the image from scratch? If it's the later, I'd suggest using fmXL - it's a program that spits out custom configs and is fairly simple to use.
  4. Annoying as it is, all you need to fix this is a text editor that has the 'replace all' function. Once you've generated or preserved using the Newgan tool, you just need to open the config file and use a text editor to replace all for the following lines: replace 'graphics/pictures/person/' with 'graphics/pictures/person/r-'. You'd need to repeat this step everytime you update the config file.
  5. Yes you're correct, it's the same issue that has messed with any third-party regen facepacks. It's a simple fix though - once you've generated or preserved using the Newgan tool, you just need to open the config file and use a text editor to replace all for the following lines: replace 'graphics/pictures/person/' with 'graphics/pictures/person/r-'. You'd need to repeat this step everytime you update the config file.
  6. Fiddled around with the config file code and have figure out a temporary fix. Given that players and staff generated by the game now have an 'r-' prefix attached to their ID, if you create a config file and add an appropriately formatted photo to your graphics photo, you can get your manager profile photo working again. i.e. <record from="2002180273" to="graphics/pictures/person/r-2002180273/portrait"/> would be the new way to format an entry in a config file (you can check what your managers ID is by turning on 'show screen IDs in Title bar to assist skinning' in preferences).
  7. I can confirm that the fix that themodelcitizen suggested does work in giving Vaduz or other Liechtensteiner teams the Suisse Super League title if they win. I ran a test save holidaying with a hilariously overpowered Vaduz team. I've attached photos as evidence as well as an edited version of the file JBZ uploaded with the changes TMC suggested - all it required was unticking the 'team order for top 3 teams' box & turning off 'automatically add history'.
