Loaned players always display Recommended Role even if you have Trained Role selected in Preferences.

I believe the clauses disappear when the player in question signs another contract at their new club.

I've also noticed that often you'll change captain but when you view the squad in Personal view, the players all reference the previous captain.

Probably the same root issue as OP but manifesting itself in two different screens.

I've juust uploaded a save file for this.

 

It's called 'Lazio - loan issue.fms'.

 

I have about 8 or 9 players available for loan hoping to give them some Serie A/B game-time.

The only offers I've had are from Cadiz (Spain), Anderlecht (Belgium) and RKC (Holland).

Agree with this. Admittedly the staff were announced just a few days before the game was released, but I'm surprised it hasn't been corrected in a subsequent update.

[Player Match Fitness Bug]

The 'Until Match Fit' option only becomes available when the player condition is significantly lower than 100% (for example, if they've just come back from injury and it's at 85%). You can see from the bottom right of the player homepage that his condition is 100%.

I believe the advice in the Medical Centre is relating more to match sharpness (i.e. the ability to complete 90 minutes) rather than injury status. 

In any event, the two screens seem to give conflicting info. If a player  is at 100%, they should probably be fit to play 90 minutes. 

Maybe if a player isn't used enough, their condition should decrease with each passing game?

I've had this happen to me recently.

Couldn't proceed in the game and had to force the app to close. 

I'm on Oneplus 8T running on Android OS v11.0.11.11.

I'm also using the Enhanced match engine.

Being someone who manages in Spain often, I get very frustrated by the disparities between reserve teams and B teams. This has been raised many times in the last couple of years, and I thought (perhaps in error) that it was being looked at in more detail for this version. Was anything done?

As far as I can tell releasing players has little to no negative impact on budget. If anything it frees up money to be spent.

I've found this as well, in paricular with loaning out players from Serie A clubs.

 

The vast majority of times I get offers from overseas clubs when I just want them to get some gametime at someone like Cagliari or Sassuolo.

You have less options available for those unfortunately, one of which being the ability to talk to and discipline them.
