This has happened in two of my save files where I have transferred a Director of Football to another team that I don't manage via the in-game editor. Everything goes fine transferring them to the new club, then within a few in game days, I notice in the Social Feed section of the Inbox that the team I transferred the DoF too has now appointed another Director of Football. When I check out what happened, it appears that the DoF I moved has now for some reason become a Director at the Club. I don't know if this has been reported previously as I haven't been able to locate any other reports, but it appears to be a bug rather than the club just deciding to give the DoF that I'd moved with the IGE a new job -
What Happened to Custom Photo Upload?

I noticed this happened and like you couldn't find how to add the photo again. So what I did was move the photo I was using for myself into the facepack folder and editing the config file to assign my photo to my managers ID -

I'm playing as TNS on a current save in fm24, but I have tried playing as Cardiff Met in FM23 as I wanted to give the Welsh league a try and figured as I live in Cardiff I should start with them. However I forgot as it's a university team, they have the amateur status so the semi-pro clubs (even in the North and South league below the premier) in Wales were just robbing my players on free transfers, and I couldn't sign any decent replacements as I could only offer amateur contracts lol That was the quickest I ever gave up on a save lol -

The important thing to remember here is that if they keep moaning, I can just drop them to the u18's where they'll rot until the end of their contract. -

Just to provide an update, it appears the Chelsea - Newcastle game wasn't finished when I took that previous screenshot, and the game did finish 5-2 to Chelsea. The Badiashile own goal did at the end get shown correctly as a Newcastle goal, so in the end it's corrected itself. However it did still show the own goal as a Chelsea goal originally.

Sorry if this bug has been reported already, I just couldn't spot another report initially. I just noticed in my game that Chelsea beat Newcastle 4-2, however the own goal scored by Chelsea in the 70th minute is showing as if Chelsea scored a 5th goal rather than Newcastle scored a second. The result has been recorded correctly, but obviously it's a bug.
