It's a known bug but I surprised they've released minor patch yet they didn't fixed it. -
What is your game mode? This is an intended behaviour if you playing with Real World or Your World mode.

Team talks having no impact on player morale at the start of the match

This also happened with me. When I have team talk before the match, the players reaction changed to green or red, but when the match started players morale is back to the default (composed). This also happens with half-time team talk. Players got motivated by the team talk, yet it changed to composed when second half started. -

Inverted replays and offside pass after corners

Number two happened with me too. C2 player is rarely pass to players other than TK or to attempt dribbling outside the penalty box. Edit: this thread too talking about number two.
