  1. A short animation similar to tactics showing difference between strong in attribute and weak in attribute in a game would be super helpful for me (played 1000+ hours in multiple FMs). E.g. positioning, technique, balance, teamwork. Training schedule Using individual schedule is still far from easy to use. I would like to have minimum set of training types each week, modified for 0, 1 or two matches per week. The rest can be on assistant. Also a set pieces and match preparation should be possible to add every second week (as it have influence two weeks it is not required each week) Individual training I do not know why I could not select individual attributes to train. E.g. tackling is nowhere. I would like to simplify to have 3 attributes to train, I can imagine they could be from same group (e.g. physical). And some can be impossible to train (determination) Unification of attribute that 20 is always better Eccenctricity, Injury proneness should be reworked to have 1 worst and 20 best. (ecc.>predictability and injury proneness > injury resistance) (I skipped 2023 so my something might be changed already)
  2. If you check evidence based football manager channel you will realize, some descriptions are not very correct, or has almost no statistical impact. I would start with correcting description to results (e.g. training sessions and skills they train)
  3. I like the idea that you do not manage finances directly. If I had debts and big money in bank, my chairman always decided to pay the debts without any of my input.
  4. I think you just have different definition of the training session, and mix it with exercises. The session usually consists of several exercises and they can be combined (shooting, passing, movement, defending + attacking) in a single 1-2 hour session. FM have sessions, not exercises. If you accept the definition based on FM, it is unrealistic to make 4 sessions a day (full professional have maximum 3 sessions now and 4 is unrealistic because of physiology). Therefore for semi-pro or amateur club, 4 sessions a week + match is still quite optimistic. Amateur teams usually have just 2 session after job and match. Semi-pro the same as most players work or study.
  5. As many gamers get emotianally attached to their player or staff, it would be extra nice to have realistic photos with them. At least for me. The generated faces of newgens looks like from 19th century. Today there are several options to have a realistic pictures of non-existent people. Some algorithms can even age the pictures properly but pregenerated photos work well too. Zealand facepack is one way but it needs to be updated regularly so you need to run it again and again and..., if there is a mod which can work on "per one install and activation" base for all current and future newgens, it would be super nice.
  6. I think t would be better to make one overall attribute attacking/defending instead. These would influcence anticipation, composure, positioning. However introduction of new attributes is tricky, it would need to rewrite algorithms as my understanding off the ball vs. positioning is basically the same but in attack/defend. The same with anticipation vs. flair.
