Then he should be in with a ban, don't you think ? Plus in "my world" mode, he has not got caught yet depending on the start date of your new save ==> a ban with a start date. If i remember correctly, this treatment was applied in (very) older version, where we used to see 4 or 5 years bans (calciopoli times i believe) I am quite sure i have removed some bans for doping with the IGE in the past years. Not sure what happened with, Jermaine Pennant (ban or removal), even if this time i told to myself "well, whatever"

Problem : I really believed you when you said it was due to my first attempt being an heavy modified database, plus old save running from beta version, that was, at the time 4 month down the drain. Having restarted fresh without any database edit (custom files i don't remember, and i don't think i use them this time). It took me 3 month to get to the same point (actually one less season, the crash occuring on the first strike of "continue" after the last UECL qualifier for new competition format), and now, crash. Playing those 15-ish teams is the only way i play the game since CM3, it has never been that bad at this point of a version lifecycle. I just want to cry. - OP = original poster (you) - i had the same (known ? guessing by the other thread) issue without the option enabled - screenshot following (game? > calendar options? > allow reschedule - approximatively) - i did not have the chance to experience if it is fixed or not, as i play ~15 teams simultaneous, and it crashed the first time i got to new UCL format after last patch, throwing a 3-months save down the drain. I won't know until at least 2 month, which is the time it takes me to get to season 3.

Whereas it was highly problematic for me (playing several teams, i do not always have the time to play ~10 straight games without the possibility of saving and coming back to it), i always believed it was "normal" with the 2024/2025+ Champions League first round new format. Even if i doubt they will schedule every games at the same time IRL. I don't know for the OP, but i do not play with this preference enabled. edit :

My DB is customized too, but no custom league i can assure it (apart from real names). That must have been Titou 2023.fm, and yes an attempt had already been made analyzing it (but at the time, i was the only one in your records) As it occurs past last game of UCL qualifying round, do "you" have, by any chance, change how the competition format change of season 2024-2025 from groups to championship is handled between pre and post last patch ? Logic tells both the OP and i started the UCL campaign on an old version, and an error occured in last version as the competition structure does not match anymore. Fingers crossed for you not having your DB modded too much and opening a support ticket when they ask. I have the same issue, but a too heavy customized database for the team to analyze (plus i seemed to be alone with this issue). That said : i hoped you noticed last time given the playing time of my save, it was indeed created in 23.0.0 too. And the structure of a competition has indeed changed, the UCL going from a 3-pre-qualifying-rounds and group phase the 1st 2 years to one qualifying round then a championship phase after. The crash did not occur when in the second format in 23.2.0, but occured like the OP when in 23.3.1 like the OP. So there may be an actual issue after all. (i realize i insust, but FM22 is such a boring game compared to FM23. Terrible ME, or terrible tactics from me in the previous version)

Same here ! (support ticket open, even becoming really IT Crowdy, even had to update my GC drivers whereas it happends during processing, and to try to turn it off and on again) Is it by any "chance" just after the last game of UEFA Champions League qualifying round (and by some more, the first of this kind of round you have since the last update, on a savegame started on an older version) ? It's an emotional rollercoaster : lots of hope when @Neil Brock wrote it's a known issue for those who encounter a crash on 1st July 2023, quite desperate when he said it is believed to be linked to savegames with a start date in Dec 2022. (Less hope when i say to myself it occured after the xx.x.3 patch)

you are not the only one. I would gladly acces the crash forum, as this one is still occuring in release version (not a surprise, i reported it way to close to the release, the surprise is : it did not happen before yesterday, as i started playing european cups knock out rounds)

Titou Beta - Champ.fm uploaded crashed before 3rd match out of 7 I don't know if it will really help as, like i said, it happens sometimes, i.e. for the first occurrence (juventus screenshot) i was able to proceed the same series of games on a second try. Then i was able to complete a few matchdays of the same kind without problem (yesterday i was able to, despite having the same rare issue as in FM22 where you only see the dressing room instead of the pitch at kick off, but this is another yet non blocking issue) Additional info : i disabled pre match & matchday experience.
