Players are not showing in either the scouted players or players in range screen, despite me knowing about them. Here is one example, this is a 17 year old newgen, who my scouts have pretty much fully scouted. But if i go to the scouted players window, or players in range, and the only filter I apply is age of 17 or under, this player does not show up.

My board is very disappointed that I haven't developed players using the club's youth system, but when I ask them to upgrade the youth facilities, they say they would rather rely on signing players ready for the first team rather than hoping someone comes through the youth team.

So your staff have their own "world knowledge". Usually of countries they are from, or where they were recently employed. That will show itself in the world map. It will take a long time for your scouts to gain knowledge of countries you send them to, but eventually you will see the knowledge of those countries increase on that map.

So I started a new save, this time I have a bunch of spanish speaking players at my club (still playing in Malta) and this time it is asking me to send players to learn both Maltese and Spanish. I guess this is some sort of new feature that nobody knows about?

It seems like they decide what staff to hire based on reputation. They don’t actually look at the attributes. I’ve had my technical director emailing me weekly for years telling me to replace my 20 physio with a 11 physio. Likely because the 11 psyio has higher rep.

I am seeing the same thing. I thought it might be because I imported a save from FM23, but yes, there are a grand total of 7 set piece coaches in the world in my save.

I do not have another save before that happened. But I do have another save where it happened again. And I have saves from before and after it. The two saves are. The one before is before I even got an offer for the player. I tried offering him out, and it worked fine. Not sure how i can replicate the offers still showing. But it has now happened twice in two different saves, on two different PCs. Mdina -player stuck after Mdina-player stuck before -
I'm playing in Malta, and the game is asking me to send players to learn Portuguese? When I get a new signing it asks to send them on a language courses for both Maltese and Portuguese.

I have had this in a couple different saves now with different players. They have no complaints, are very happy at the club, but have awful morale, and continue to have awful morale.

Cannot ask to increase scouting range.

You don’t ask the board anymore (didn’t in FM23 either). Go to your scouting tab and change your scouting range. Just have to have the scouting budget to do it. Can move money into your transfer budget then into the scouting budget -
I have an offer showing in my transfer box for a player that is no longer on my team. I also have a blank "transfers in" history window, despite it showing the $1.1 million I have spent. Not sure if the two issues are related.

As I said at the beginning, I did notice a pretty significant drop before that during the season too. A couple months earlier in my save these were the player values.

I noticed a pretty significant drop in value, most of these guys were valued at $100+ million during the season. But a couple days after winning the champion league, every player on my teams value dropped massively. In my game Hungary is 6th in qualification spots. The Hungarian first division is ranked 8th in Europe. Neither of those changed. Our qualification coefficient dropped from a 73.600 to a 70.367, and we will drop one spot next year to 7th. None of that should kill all the player values. I would assume it massively dropped the values of the players of all the teams in Hungary, which since I am doing a build a nation save, is a death sentence to my entire save. These screen grabs are 2 days apart. I have put my game saves into your cloud, two saves, one from before the final, one a couple days after.
