I'm playing in the Premier League and the ball is incredibly hard to see. Is there a way to change the ball color to make it stick out more?

Not sure where to post this. I have a save idea where I take an amateur team to the top using mostly youth from my youth intakes (not necessarily a youth only challenge). I'd like to slightly bump up the youth facilities because the club im going to use has the lowest rating on everything youth related. But what I don't know is if I use the in-game editor to say improve the youth recruitment, facilities, and youth coaching, would doing so mess with the monthly expenses of the club and drive the club into massive debt?

I am using a custom skin, but it happens on the default and any other skins that I use. I am wondering if this is something that will be addressed or if I just need to accept it.
