Transfer offer not showing

I have uploaded the file "SI Tranfer offer error Bordeaux" Also 2 screenshots below, 1 is the error the other of the staff transfer responsibilities. -
Transfer offer error where a team bids for my player but the inbox message does not show the details of the bid. Screenshot attached. I have to go to the transfer tab to deal with it from there. THIS WAS ALSO AN ERROR IN FM22 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2882173641

I am also seeing this after 2025

At the start of every season when registering the squad, it says next season you will be allowed 0 foreign players. Then when you get to the next season you are allowed to register 4 foreign players again, I'm not sure which ones is correct but the information is conflicting.
