Yep, talking about how you've applied for other jobs, how'd they know? Also I'm about 16 seasons in and each interview I'm being asked about managing multiple clubs, like, didoi of course I'd manage multiple clubs after so many years. They really should address this.

I'd believe this should be changed as when you do in-fact leave, the media and fans act as if you've resigned instead of leaving at the end of your contract.

I've noticed this sort of with a couple of normal managers too, they can underachieve how much they want but can't be sacked, not even with the In-game editor, only way is to straight up hire a new manager then they'll leave.

No @Camilos it is still correct, you don't get it, if you hover over that little gray 'I' next to 'EURO Cup - Baraż' it'll say "W zależności od zwycięzcy: Fortuna Puchar Polski".
You only get 2 Europa League spots once you're 5th or higher in the coefficient ranking, but then you'd also have at least 3 champions league spots which you don't have.It's kind of confusing but on the rules page it shows IF the cup winner is in a spot giving qualification to an higher up competition (champions league), thus your spots are actually as follows:
1st UCL Group Stage2nd UCL 3rd Qualifying Round League Path
Cup Winner UEL Playoff Round
3rd UECL 3rd Qualifying Round League Path
4th UECL 2nd Qualifying Round League Path
And IF the cup winner is in the top 2, Like in your case Lech Poznań in first, it'll drop down to the highest ranked teams not qualified for that competition, in this case Europa League > UECL, thus 3rd placed Wisła Kraków (since Legia is already qualified for the UCL) goes to Europa League Playoff instead of UECL third qualifying round, 4th placed Pogoń takes Wisła's place in the Third Qualifying Round of the UECL instead of the Second Qualifying Round, and finally 5th placed Cracovia gets Pogoń's place in the UECL Second Qualifying Round.

It is correct, since it's actually 1-2 ucl 3-4 uecl and uel goes to cup winner, if the cup winner is in the top 2 then their uel spot drops down the league to the highest available team, thus 3rd, and then the 3rd's team uecl spot goes to fourth, fourth's goes to fifth.

I was about to post the same thing, after one game, which was an 2-4 away win in the EURO qualifiers I'm on a D 'Insecure' "The board are disappointed with your management of the team".
I've checked and it appears to apply to practically every manager during the EURO qualifiers.

I've left after my contract expired, final offer was 3 years, on 2.5k p/w, tried negotiating for 7k locked, instantly stormed out, one of my players was on 13.75k p/w, so I left, new manager hired, at... 2.5k a week. I looked at some of their new signings and I kid you not they are at 50k+, a guy reached as high as 63k, that's 25.2 times more then the manager(s) were offered...

Yes.
It's fairly annoying it hasn't been fixed since it's been reported both this and last year and the devs are aware, it seems odd to be taking so long to fix just having 1 nation have 1 less spot and 1 have 1 more.

With this they can't be promoted from the top 2 spots but can compete in the playoffs and get promoted like that, even when they finish in the top 2 they compete in the playoffs and the 3rd teams gets automatically promoted.

It's points then head-2-head. If Dinamo won 1-0 but the other match Atletico won 2-0 then it's ranked correctly, if they have the same h-2-h record then it's most likely caused by the 'Away goals scored in all group matches' rule that is incorrectly (bug) used to rank h-2-h matches in game.

No, you need to start a new one, just for testing start a new one unemployed and holiday for a season (or just check the coefficients rank).
Also if you remove it, and it still persists try then without ANY files, not even in the folder, like temporarily moving them somewhere else, though do this after trying without just the megapack.

There's a bug with the new dynamic coefficients for the editor introduced this year, if you're using any editor files that add any sort of European Cups then that's the issue.

I've ran into this when I removed the away goals from these comps in FM 21, the issue was the separate rule "Away Goals Scored In All Group Matches", there seems to be a bug with the game applying this rule for H2H matches when it shouldn't.

Your coefficient is correct, it's not like in the UCL where you get a 4 'bonus' points, in UEL and UECL you get standard 'qualification' points, UEL it's 3.0 UECL 2.5 (Though SI got this incorrect and UECL gives you 3.0).
You got 1 win = 2.0 points and 1 draw = 1.0 points thus 2.0+1.0 = 3.0 meaning it's correct.
As for Anorthosis and Sarajevo getting 6.0 and 4.5 respectively, well, that's another bug, as for whatever reason teams that lose in the UEL 3rd qual round get 2.0 club coefficients, and then another for their UECL campaign, for Sarajevo being 2.5+2.0 (should just be 2.5 for losing in UECL playoff), and Anorthosis being 2.0+1.0+1.0 = 4.0 (correct), but then they also get the UEL points making it 4.0+2.0 = 6.0 (incorrect), (Should just be 4.0 for UECL group stages).
Edit: For clarification, qualifying rounds don't give you bonus club coefficient, just the 'standard', being > 1st qual lose = 1.0 > 2nd qual 1.5 lose > 3rd qual 2.0 lose > playoff 2.5 lose

Hi and thanks, here's also an example with a real non-player that exists in the database, only thing I changed was his role and added the correct thing into his non playing roles, I compared to how it's done by the SI staff and it was identical, yet the issue also occurs, could be a editor error perhaps?

Yes they're created, but sometimes I notice that when adding non playing history for existing staff same thing happens.
And yes I've also tried with them having playing history and even player retirement date but that doesn't help.

Similar issue for Latvia, you can only create the comps from scratch as it's not under "current nations".

Hi @Michael Sant , my apologies for such an late reply, I forgor 💀 about this post, but I have a new save with the same issue, most players were at 30-80k a week and my offer was 2.2k 3 year contract, a one year contract even lower for 1.2k, I've accepted but edited my wages to 7k as I believe it to fit more, come end of my contract and they're offering 6.2k for 3 years, there's no logic here?
Especially after winning the league, cup and Europa League.
My current highest earner is at 88k, second highest at 45k, I don't believe they can't afford to have the manager at like 50k, which would seem more logical, AI managers also seem severely underpaid especially when you compare their wages to player wages. Rest of the staff is also quite underpaid. Also they shouldn't offer you lower wages for a shorter contract, makes no sense that a shorter contract is roughly 50% that of a 3 year contract, considering that if something was to go wrong and they'd have to sack you they'd pay less compensation.
