    I have many, many fewer hours in this FM than I have previous. I just can't find the motivation to play the game after being let down by SI's promise of "the most polished version of the game to date". It's really sad that the game gets worse every year. I cannot actually remember the last time a new feature was added that a) worked or b) was any good. This year we had actual fixes marketed as headline features, and still didn't work. For me, that is unforgivable. I have finally given up on SI.

    Perhaps his touch is that bad his argument is that he cannot do what you are asking him to do, hence the displeasure? Interactions have been woeful for years anyway, there should be a way to discuss with the player why you want them to work on something in training, how it benefits them and the team etc

    My first game back since the update and I have also got this. Most polished version ever.

    Just to add to to the rubbish that press conferences are and always have been: Yes, I would swap my Uruguayan second divison striker for Erling Haaland. Stop asking me every time he scores a goal. y

    The fact that this is even being debated shows how poor the release was. The game should be fully ready on release day, after a beta period. Having to wait a month for the "headline features" (which really are just bug fixes from the last 5+ years of FM) to possibly be implemented is scandalous.

    So after a month of the game being out we will get a patch that may or may not contain the headline features that were marketed this year?

    So because the issues aren't happening to you everyone should just shut up and play the game? Right, thanks for your input, don't quote me again as I will not reply.

    One positive to come from this ridiculous release is that I have managed to get the 5xg in a match achievement for the first time ever

    Why would the 3 attacking players left forward here just all stand together like this? Just one of the many small things that is really poor. IRL they would be nice and spread out ready for the counter.

    The game is absolutely not fine to start a realistic save. Ridiculous amounts of goals being scored, teams with 6 CB's kicking off because they want more CB's, and thats just 2 of the glaring issues causing players to avoid starting a realistic save. You may enjoy playing in your own way, but don't call people dramatic because the way they play is impossible due to a poor release.

    it's been two weeks since release, a week since a minor patch and we still have no update on the main headline features that are supposedly "coming soon"

    21 games this season and in 7 of them there has been a goal immediately after half time, noticed this in an earlier save too but that has since been deleted. May be linked to team talks?

    Surely nobody has ever requested eye patches or face paint?

    Before I report it as a bug, is anyone else seeing what seems to be an excessive amount of goals in the 46th minute, immediately after the second half kicks off?

    It really depends on your play style. If you are looking for realism then it is probably best to wait for patches like myself to start your proper save.

    Hi Ben, phenomenal job on the skin, been waiting for it so I can start my proper FM24 save. Just a quick question (apologies if you've already detailed this) but was removing staff members preferred tactical style done on purpose? If so, how come?

    A feature that has been stupid in the last couple of years is the Board approaching you when you're doing well with the idea of increasing the wage budget for sports scientists or some other small job. You've just won the league, lets pump that money into the physio's wages!

    Am I being blind or has staff preferred tactical style gone? Can't see it anywhere on profiles and when I use staff search and filter to a certain style I get 0 results each time

    It is not rushing to give them money, its buying a game knowing it is in Early Access in order to help get it ready for release. The community does their bit in finding the bugs, reporting them with all the relevant info. It is not the fault of the community that SI ignore these and go ahead with release. Yes they are complacent due to the fact we will all buy it anyway, and having no competitor, but blaming the community for their failings is ridiculous.

    Maybe with the improved communication from SI we could get an answer to the following question: What is the point or Early Access / Beta / Whatever It's Called if the game still releases with the issues flagged up in this period? Some of them are game breaking.

    Wasn't "better AI management and squad building" used as a part of selling this years edition? All we have to show for that "feature" is that they're working on it so its "coming soon". Embarrassing.

    offside comprehensive.mp4 Why is this still a "highlight" on Comprehensive? Happens 3 or 4 times per game, truly ridiculous
