Same, on a number of occasions (possibly every time, but cannot be 100% certain). However I can accept the offer from the transfer centre (clicking though from the sidebar icon). -
Same problem here In my case not showing on the assignments or knowledge screens either

F7 Shortcut goes to Squad Screen
physiar posted an issue in User Interface (Closed for new issues)
F7 should take you to scouting page, but sends you to the squad page (jsut like F3 does). Checked the shortcuts in preferences and everything is liked up correctly but doesn't send you to the correct page.
