After last winter patch, how do you feel the state of the game is? Is it worth buying?
- How is AI squad management? Is it as awful as FM22?
- How is the AI young player development? Fixed now?

Hi all,
I have a doubt regarding taxes and player/staff decisions:
- For example, if I'm PSG and I offer 7.2 millions wage to a player, his net wage is going to be around 3.7
- If I'm Monaco, these 7,2 million would be 6.25 net wage.
Assuming that the rest would be the same (and also reputation, etc), which sum would take the player into consideration for its decision, the 7.2 or the 3.7/6.25?

My dream would be get rid of PA. Obviously re-adapting the impact of other variables (age, personality of the player and the team, staff level and personality, facilities, game time and level, etc).

I'm having the same issue when I've tried to get a new version of the same skin, now I can't get any skin to work (even the last one I had working previously). As soon as I click reload skin I get the empty screen I put below and I can't even close the game.
Edit: After I force the game to close via task manager, when I try to re-open the game it crash. Then I have to erase the FM22 folder from my documents to get it to start again.

Right now I have:
- A Flat 451 which works as a 235 in atack
- A Flat 541 which can work as a 325 or 316 in atack
- A Flat 451 which works as a 217 in atack
Depending on the opponents formation I choose. The only thing that changes is formation and roles, the TIs remain the same. Tested in a season and worked wonders with Atletico Madrid:

And this kind of things seems to be a rule: central defender o central midfielers tend to have lower Acc/Pace than they really should.
Then, my theory is that when FM arena reduce Pace/Acc the impact is bigger than with other attributes. If this was corrected it would mean in lower impact of these attributes and bigger of others like composure. Just my guess.
What I use to do is to edit the database tu put these attributes higher in all the CBs and search for the list of fastest players in each league (in example Marcos Llorente only 14-14 while he is equal as fast as Vinicius, who gets 18-17).

I was very critic towards SI in FM20, but I have to say that I loved FM21 and I'm also enjoying this version.
For those that we like to play possesion style I hope it gets fixed the CBs with +100 pases. But overall quite happy!

FM22 mate. At the moment it seems to work well, but let's see how evolves with future patches.
In FM21 it was working wonders with a Milan save I had.

It is doable under this ME, which is great.
I've adapted PannetonO's total control to a 3-4-3 diamond, tested in holidays with PSG to see how the defense is:

Right now I'm testing it with a small tweak: Pressing Forward support instead of F9.
Test done: 85 points, +80 goals scored and low 20s goals against. 27.800 passes.
Won super cup (against madrid and barcelona), and eliminated in CL against liverpool in 1/4 with a 6-0 defeat.
As everything was left to Assistant, Suarez was sold to PSG in January (by that time 20 matches and 14 goals)

These are what I'm using for ambition (<integer value="Pamb" />) and professionalism (<integer value="Ppro" />). But it doesn't work. Maybe hidden attributes don't work for analyzer widget?
With my last question about the integer values for the attributes, I was wondering if there is a list somewhere for the normal attributes (technicals, mentals, physicals) to make sure that I'm using the correct ones:
I am using this, but not sure if they are ok. Is there any list so I can check?

Let me ask another question, is there a list with the integer value for all attributes? I may be getting the Professionalism and Ambition wrong...

@Panneton0 thank you! You've achieved something I've been trying since FM19! Seeing nice wins with +800 passes or even +1000 passes is wonderful!
I've tried with Milan and got the Serie A with 87 points (expected 5th if I remember correctly) in first season. In the second with a more adapted squad to the tactical needs I'm doing even better...
I've also tried to convert the tactic to a 343 diamond (one full back as CB cover in the midle and other full back to the RCM as OAD with the same PIs as the LCM) and it's doing well also! I use it in some escenarios, like when I face parked buses.

'Standard' on the PI page means in comparison to the TI level. If your TI is much shorter and your PI is standard, then the player will pass much shorter.
I understand it's a bit confusing and it is something we want to improve in the future so it's more clear.
I think you both are talking about different things.
I believe he means why not having Much shorter - Shorter - Standard - More direct - Much more direct options in PI page.

It didn't work.
Anchors were both in the center together despite the stay wider instruction. And results were not good, specially against 4-2-3-1.

The more topics I see with this great one, the more I think fluid formations a la PES in the tactical system should be implemented.
