  1. SEASON 14 – 2035/36 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE Another up and down season, with some good spells. We found ourselves in the bottom section when the league split, which meant that, despite finishing on a decent 52 points, it was a 7th place finish this season. LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Glenn Alese managed 10 goals in his break-out season, while Arwel Sklenar continued his good form. THE YOUTH INTAKE AMC Andrew Wharton the standout player. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD I reached 500 games in management.
  2. SEASON 13 – 2034/35 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE After back-to-back 3rd place finishes, the plan was to become the best of the rest and get into that 2nd place position. It didn’t quite work that way though… Despite no wins in the opening two, we still got off to a decent start. The wheels fell off into October though, with just 1 win in 13. Formation changes did help, but it turned in to a nothing season really and we limped into a disappointing 9th place finish and no European football. LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE THE PLAYERS Not much in player performance this year. Arwel Sklenar moved back to right midfield and did well, chipping in with 9 goals. THE YOUTH INTAKE Best intake in a long time, with Ricky Gibson, Glenn Alese and Osian Rush likely to go straight into the team. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD One of our players was poached and picked up by Everton. Suppose this is a good sign if anything.
  3. SEASON 12 – 2033/34 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE Another great start to this season, winning our opening 6 games. By the time we had met TNS (and won) in game 28, we were sat in 2nd place and had opened up an 8 point gap on Barry in 3rd place, albeit having played a game more. Inconsistency crept in and meant that only a win at home to Barry on the final day would guarentee our highest finish in 2nd place. The best we could do was a 0-0 draw and we had to settle for 3rd again. Still a good season. LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE THE PLAYERS Arwel Sklenar with another good year and the usual goalscorers. THE YOUTH INTAKE A good intake, with Lewis Lewis slotting straight in and breaking the youngest goalscorer record. Screen 1 Screen 2
  4. SEASON 11 – 2032/33 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE A superb start to the season saw us unbeaten in our first 11 games, including a credible 1-1 draw away at TNS. This wasn't to continue though, and we hit some sticky runs through the remainder of the season. Two 6-3 wins in the last three games got us to 49 points which was enough to secure European football again and a 3rd place finish. A great season and good progress. LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Arwel Sklenar had a good season, now converted to right back. The goals came from the usual suspects with Bryn Williams, Joseph Robinson and Bartosz Nowak all having good seasons.
  5. Apologies for taking over the thread. I've got a little bit ahead of myself without updating and now I'm trying to catch back up.
  6. SEASON 10 – 2031/32 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE Back in the Welsh Premier. Our pre-season odds weren't quite as high as our previous season at this level. It turned out to be a decent season. A few decent runs helped us keep ticking over and we eventually finished a respectable 7th place. LEAGUE CUP Out at the first stage, losing on penalties to Bala Town. WELSH CUP Not much to report here, out in the 4th round to Bangor City. THE PLAYERS Bryn Williams did his thing again and Joseph Robinson continued to bang them in. A decent break out season for Sean Tattum THE YOUTH INTAKE What is becoming the same intake year on year. There are players breaking through though, which is a good sign. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD Bryn Williams broke the club record for league appearances, braking past the 260 mark.
  7. SEASON 9 – 2030/31 – Welsh JD Cymru North LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 - COMPETITION REVIEW MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE Back to the second tier. A much more enjoyable season, winning 24 from 30 games and only losing once. Promoted as champions, 25 points clear of Airbus UK Broughton. LEAGUE CUP Another poor showing, losing to Flint Town in the 2nd round. WELSH CUP A great run, especially considering we were now 2nd tier. Admittedly the draws were kind. We eventually lost 3-1 (aet) to Harverfordwest in the semi-final. THE PLAYERS A lot to choose from this season. Joseph Robinson bagged 19 and Bryn Williams 20, but it was Bartosz Nowak who finished top goalscorer with 22 in all comps. Geraint Roberts chipped in with 13 from midfield and Dominic Goldston had his best season yet. THE YOUTH INTAKE A good intake with Sean Tattum standing out and Arwel Sklenar slotting striaght in at such a young age. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD We had our first experience of one of our up and coming players being pinched. Bala took Mason from us for a measly £9k, with the board taking matters out of my hands.
  8. SEASON 8 – 2029/30 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 - COMPETITION REVIEW MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE After narrowly finishing outside the relegation zone last season, this year it was a step too far. Relegated on goal difference after a 4-1 loss at Bangor City on the last day of the season. LEAGUE CUP Out on penalties to Llandudno in the 3rd round. WELSH CUP 4th round exit, away at Cardiff Met Uni. THE PLAYERS Not many outstanding performances again. Joseph Robinson bagged 16 goals and Geraint Roberts re-descovered some form. David Mason carried on last seasons form, now playing as aright back for us. THE YOUTH INTAKE Typical intake for us at the moment. High potential, low ability. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD We moved into the new Corwen Stadium, with 1.661 capacity. The record attendance was broken, when we got 1,382 for the League home game against Barry Town.
  9. SEASON 7 – 2028/29 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 - COMPETITION REVIEW MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE Not quite the dizzy heights of Europa Conference League qualification this season. Despite a half decent start, the season got away from us with long winless runs. In the end we just about missed relegation, finishing 1 place above the places although 6 points clear. LEAGUE CUP A great run in the League Cup but eventually beaten 2-0 by TNS. WELSH CUP Knocked out in the 4th round, away to Aberystwth Town. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE Our first time in Europe didn't leave much to write home about. Knocked out at the first hurdle to Zeljeznicar Sarajevo, 0-1 at home and 0-2 away. THE PLAYERS Poor performance across the whole squad. Joseph Robinson and Bryn Williams once again two of the better performers. David Mason with a brilliant break out season. THE YOUTH INTAKE Not much current ability to this years intake. Screen 1 Screen 2
  10. SEASON 6 – 2027/28 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 - COMPETITION REVIEW MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE Back into the top flight with a big task ahead, reflected in our pre season odds of 600-1. A decent start with 2 wins and 3 draws in our first 7 games. Things were up and down, but an unbeaten run in December and January had us sat in the top half of the table when the league split. Playing the top end every week for the last section of the season didn't go down too well, with no more league wins. I'm not 100% sure how we were included in the European play-off, but a change of formation somehow saw us beat Haverdfordwest in the semi-final and Aberystwth Town 2-1 in the final to miraculously find ourselves qualified for the Europa Conference qualifying stages. LEAGUE CUP Out in the 3rd round with a dissapointing 4-3 defeat to Buckley. WELSH CUP Beaten 2-0 to Aberystwyth Town in the 4th round. THE PLAYERS Despite the European qualification there isn't much to write home about. Bryn Williams the stand out again with 22 goals. Geraint Roberts the only other player achieving an average rating over 7.00. THE YOUTH INTAKE Two stand out players this season in Bartosz Nowak and David Mason. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD I reached 200 games in management.
  11. SEASON 5 – 2026/27 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES - COMPETITION REVIEW MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE Back in the second tier. A 3-0 loss on the opening day of the season, to Llandudno, could of had us thinking it was going to be difficult. It couldn't of been further from the truth. We went on to lose only one more league game and finished 17 points clear of Rhyl 1879. Straight back up, at the first time of asking. LEAGUE CUP Out in the 3rd round away Colwyn Bay on penalties. Promotion was always the focus. WELSH CUP A decent run to the 4th round, but dissapointingly out to a lower division side in Trefelin BGC. THE PLAYERS Plenty to pick from on this one. The main standouts were top scorer Joseph Robinson and Bryn Williams. THE YOUTH INTAKE Another high potential intake, with Dominic Goldston looking like he can contribute straight away. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD We managed to upgrade our youth recruitment to fairly basic. Planning permission was also granted to proceed with the building of our new 1,661 capacity stadium.
  12. SEASON 4 – 2025/26 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE First season in the top league and this was highlighted in our pre-season odds of 600-1 and being favourites for the drop. Life started well with a win in our first game to Aberystwyth Town and only losing two in our first nine, although four of them games were drawn. Included in them draws was a 1-1 home draw against serial league winners TNS. Not a bad way to introduce ourselves to them. Despite the decent start by the end of October things were turning for the worst. Between November and mid-April we only managed two league wins. With five games go we were clinging on by a thread, sat 3 points above the relegation zone. A 3-0 away at Port Talbot and 6-0 last day victory over Aberystwyth Town weren’t enough unfortunately and it was back to the 2nd tier at the first time of asking. A brave effort, but we go again. LEAGUE CUP Scraping through the first tow rounds and a penalty shoot-out win over Harverfordwest saw us reach our first semi-final. Despite a brave effort TNS proved too good, coming out with a 2-0 win. A good effort though. WELSH CUP The Welsh Cup also saw much improvement, even if we did get favourable draws. Wins over Port Talbot, Cambrian & Clydach, Llantwit Major and a semi-final victort over Afan Lido saw us reach our first final Bala Town were the opponents. We had failed to beat Bala in our two league games, and this proved a step too far, eventually losing 2-1 in extra-time after a cruel last minute equaliser from Bala. A bit of a missed opportunity, given that we didn’t meet the dreaded TNS at any point. THE PLAYERS Not many performances to write home about, although Bryn Williams brought his good form into the top league and Geraint Roberts was outstanding in his first season, adopting to a DM role. THE YOUTH INTAKE - screen 1 screen 2 Another high potential intake, but not much in terms of current ability. OFF THE FIELD We managed to upgrade our youth recruitment to basic and the board started to look for possible sites to build a new stadium on.
  13. SEASON 3 – 2024/25 – Welsh JD Cymru North LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 - COMPETITION REVIEW MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE We are obviously improving as we were now 25-1 to win the title. Worth a punt after last years 3rd place finish? The season started well again with 4 wins in the opening 5 games. Despite a couple of setbacks, we bounced back. From mid-November we managed to put an impressive run together, winning 16 out of the remaining 19 games. With 5 games remaining, a 3-2 win over 2nd place Llandudno meant that the title was in our grasp. We finished the season in style winning our 4 remaining games to take the title comfortably with a 9-point gap. Welsh 2nd tier champions at the 3rd time of asking and promotion to the Welsh Premier!! LEAGUE CUP Despite the excellent league campaign there wasn’t much to write home about in the League Cup again. Out in the 2nd round with a 3-2 home defeat to Prestatyn Town. WELSH CUP Got past the earlier rounds beating lower league opposition and, despite putting up a brave fight, lost to Welsh Premier side Cefn Druids on penalties, after a 0-0 draw. THE PLAYERS Oliver Rowlands made the number 1 spot his own, despite being only 16 years old and another 16-year-old in Mike Williams managed 34 appearances. Alec Rennie had another impressive season as did Bryn Williams, racking up 17 goals. Robert Thomas was once again top goal scorer with 22 in 35 starts. Joseph Robinson burst on to the scene with 11 goals in 35 for his first season at 16. THE YOUTH INTAKE screen 1 screen 2 Another intake with plenty of potential, with Geraint Roberts and Dominic Nelson the stand out players. OFF THE FIELD Already reached 100 games in management and manager of the year award.
  14. SEASON 2 – 2023/24 – Welsh JD Cymru North LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 - COMPETITION REVIEW MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE At the start of the season the bookies had us down as 12th favourites for the title at 100-1. The season started well with Corwen unbeaten in the first 6 games, winning 5 and drawing 1. A trickier spell before Christmas saw things even out slightly before another 5 wins in 6 games going in to the new year. With 4 games left to play we found ourselves 4 points of the top. However, only 1 win in the last four games meant it wasn’t meant to be and the club finished in 3rd place and 5 points of Champions Caersws. An excellent league season overall with improvement and lots to build on. LEAGUE CUP A disappointing League Cup campaign, out in the first round at home to Penrhyncoch. WELSH CUP Another disappointing performance in the Welsh Cup. This year it was the 2nd round, losing away to Abertillery Excelsior. THE PLAYERS Mitchell Jones with another great season in centre mid, adding 7 goals this term and Alec Rennie broke into the team at 16 years of age with an average rating of 7.18 and chipping in with 4 goals from midfield. Aaron Morgan also adopted to life in the first team on the left wing with a 7.36 average rating and Bryn Williams burst onto the scene with 14 goals in 30 appearances. Robert Thomas was once again top goal scorer, this time bagging 18 in 33 starts. Mitchell; THE YOUTH INTAKE screen 1 screen 2 Another intake with plenty of potential although not much current ability. 15 year old goalkeeper Oliver Reynolds may be able to stake a claim for the number 1 spot next season. OFF THE FIELD Jones won rookie of the year and also managed goal of the season.
  15. I'm a few seasons in (just updating now) and I got it constantly. Its so frustrating!!
  16. SEASON 1 – 2022/23 – Welsh JD Cymru North LEAGUE TABLE - FIXTURES - FIXTURES MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE Not much to write home about in our first campaign. An ok start was followed by a disastrous run of form, winning only one in nine. Three wins on the trot in March made sure that the seasons objective of survival was accomplished. A modest 16th place finish, not bad for the first season considering we was 50-1 and 3rd favourites to go down. LEAGUE CUP A decent run in the League Cup with a good 1-0 away win at Premier League Bangor City. The 3rd round was the end point though, losing 3-1 at Flint Town. WELSH CUP Disappointing performance, out at the first hurdle at home to Denbigh on penalties. THE PLAYERS Again, not much to write home about. Mitchell Jones had a good season in centre mid with an average rating of 7.52 and Robert Thomas was the main source of goals, bagging 14 in 28 starts. THE YOUTH INTAKE - Screen 1 2 3 As is always the case for the first one, lots of high potential players. Bryn Williams and Aaron Morgan the two who could help straight away. OFF THE FIELD No progression off field as of yet.
  17. I have quite a few seasons worth of updates to upload for my Corwen (Wales) save, so apologies in advance if I take up a bit of the thread.
