  1. SEASON 30 – 2051/52 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier RESULTS - RESULTS - RESULTS - SQUAD: PAGE 1 PAGE 2 MANAGER PROFILE: CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW Crusaders up first in Europe. They were eased aside 12-2 on aggregate. A little tougher in the next round against Sepsi OSK, but we did well finishing out 5-2 aggregate winners. Shamrock Rovers up next and we blitzed them 4-0 in the first leg. The 2nd leg wasn’t quite as straight forward. After 46 minutes we somehow found ourselves back level at 4-4. McCormick and Owen-Dafydd goals put the nerves at ease, even if Shamrock did get it back to 6-5 on aggregate in injury time. Getting past Shamrock meant another group stage appearance. The group games started well with a 2-1 win in Denmark against FC Kobenhavn. 2 draws with Swedish Hammarby, 2 wins against Molde and a home defeat to Kobenhavn, meant we had secured qualification out of the groups again. In the knockout stage we met Genk, losing 3-2 in Belgium but overturning it in a 5-3 home win. The end of the road was St Gallen in the 2nd knockout round. 2-2 in the home leg, followed by a 3-1 away loss. Our best ever performance in Europe. The league went exactly as it has gone since time began. For the thirteenth season running it was (you guessed it) 1st TNS, 2nd Corwen, 3rd Barry Town. In the League cup we had a great run all the way to the final, only to be beaten 3-0 by TNS. The Welsh cup saw us not reach the final for the first time in 4 years. Beaten 4-0 away at TNS in the quarters. THE PLAYERS Ibrahima N’diaye has come straight into the team and retrained as a right back. A great break out season. Ryan Proctor came back in at left back, after Taylor moved on. Lloyd Jarman has carried on his good form and Keenan Owen-Dafydd finished the season with 49 goals in 37 games. Brett McCormick made the left of the front three his own and chipped in with 26 goals in his first full season and Lewis Jones got another 26. THE YOUTH INTAKE Dale Rawlings this year’s best player. Another one that will need to be re-trained as we don’t play with wingers. Page 1 Page 2 OFF THE FIELD Thomas Taylor got his first full cap for the United States, and we managed to buy out Capes’ sell on percentage clause for £3.9m. Taylor ended up moving on to Man City for a meagre £130k. Once again, I did manage to sneak a sell on clause in. This clause was then bought out for £3.44m. I could really do with Newcastle giving us this option for Jospeh Newton, as his value is now circa £150m!!
  2. SEASON 29 – 2050/51 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier RESULTS - RESULTS - RESULTS - SQUAD: PAGE 1 PAGE 2 MANAGER PROFILE: CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW After a great run in last season’s Europa Conference we was hoping for more of the same. We got past MFK without much hassle and beat Finn Harps over 2 legs, 5-2. The last round before the group stage brought a pretty unfavourable draw, pairing us with Rangers. A 1-1 draw in Wales was followed by a 2-1 loss in Glasgow and it was out in the qualifiers, unfortunately. After 18 league games we found ourselves 10 clear of TNS, although they did have 3 games in hand. Another 5 games on and a 2-2 draw away to Barry Town put TNS back top and we couldn’t get near them after that. We eventually finished 2nd (for the 11th year running), 13 points behind TNS. The crazy thing is the top 3 has been 1. TNS 2. Corwen 3. Barry Town for the whole 12 years. Pretty boring really!! The League Cup brought TNS to north Wales as early as the 3rd round. That’s never a good sign. A 3-2 loss meant it wasn’t to be this year. The Welsh cup saw another good run with us making the final for the 5th time and 4th year running. The pain in the a**e TNS lay in wait. A good performance from the boys though saw us come out with a 2-0 victory to take the cup back to North Wales for the 2nd time. THE PLAYERS Danny Greaves had sat in the background as the backup keeper and with Pope moving on, he came straight back in and carried on where he left off. Thomas Taylor is developing into a great left back. How long before the bigger clubs come sniffing? 176 league goals for Lewis Jones in now a club record. THE YOUTH INTAKE A good intake. Brett McCormick looks very promising and went straight in at the end of the season, bagging 4 goals in 5 appearances. Page 1 Page 2 OFF THE FIELD Another two players moved on, first it was Ryan Capes to Aston Villa. I can’t seem to get the release clauses of the better players above £400k, and as a result we only got £375k for him. He did have a 50% of next sale clause. The next one was Dan Pope to Man City. I end up transfer listing these players and offering them out for less than their value, but with the next sale clause included, hoping that they eventually move on again for a large fee. A measly £195k for Pope who is now worth between £35m - £41m. By the end kof the season we were able to buy out Pope's clause and net us a hefty £3.49m. Much needed!!
  3. I've never seen that kit making website before, so it had to be done... Is there any way for me to add a third kit?
  4. Finally up to date. Sorry to have taken over this thread the last few days.
  5. SEASON 28 – 2049/50 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier RESULTS - RESULTS - RESULTS MANAGER PROFILE: CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW Season 28 saw our best season yet. In the Europa Conference we met FK Qabala in the 2nd qualifying round. 3-1 home and away wins saw us through. Next up was Dunajska Streda, from Slovakia. We made hard work of it, losing the away leg 3-1, butt we managed a 2-0 home win and creeped through on pens. KuPS of Finland in the 4th Qualifying round gave us a real chance of the group stage. A 2-0 win in Finland, followed by a 4-3 home win, meant we had finally reached the group stage!!! We did far better than expected and managed to go unbeaten in the two games with Besiktas. A 3-0 win in Turkey probably the clubs greatest ever night. In the knockout stage we met Dynamo Kyiv. We lost 2-1 in the Ukraine, which wasn’t a bad result as we had two men sent off. It wasn’t to be in the 2nd leg, losing 2-0. Still, what a run!! In the league it was the usual 2nd place finish, but we did manage to break our points barrier again, gaining 80 points. Once again, the most points without winning the title. TNS knocked us out of both cups in the 3rd round of the League cup and beating us in the final of the Welsh cup, 2-1. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Dan Pope had a great season in goal, although the bigger teams are circling, and he has a small minimum release clause. Marcus Jones was his usual self and his partner, O’Sullivan, continued to impress. Thomas Taylor made the left back spot his own, at just 16, while Proctor still flourished even as a back-up. Billy Boyes is also impressing on the other side, with a 7.30 av. Rating and 17 assists from right back. Lloyd Jarman carried on in midfield and up front Levi Jones, Lewis Jones and Lawrence-Gray all got goals. Lawrence-Gray not quite as prolific as before and Owen-Dafydd coming in from the youth team, His spot won't be guarenteed next year. Dion Fuller was the first backup striker and managed 14 in 26 in his first season. THE YOUTH INTAKE The better the team get, the harder it is going to be to get the good full intakes. Still 3 players with a chance of making the first team. Kennan Owen-Dafydd went straight in and bagged 6 in 5 at the age of just 15. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD £2.49m awarded for reaching the group stage.
  6. SEASON 27 – 2048/49 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier RESULTS - RESULTS MANAGER PROFILE: CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW A decent run the Europa Conference qualifiers. Tricky tie against Astra Giurgiu in the 2nd qualifying round saw us take a 2-2 draw back to Wales where we emphatically beat them 3-0 to go through. Another tricky tie in the next round in Zurich saw us again draw the 1st leg only to blitz them 4-1 in the 2nd leg. The last qualifying round saw us drawn against French outfit Brest. We took a 2-1 lead over to France and was well in the tie until the last 30 minutes of the game, when they took it away from us with a 5-2 victory. 2nd place in the league, as usual, but a little too close to 3rd for my liking. A shock result to Llandudno in the League cup 2nd round but this was the year we finally added the Welsh cup. A decent run to the final having avoided TNS. We came up against Bala this time out and took full advantage of not meeting TNS, for once. A 2-1 victory saw the cup come back to the Corwen stadium for the first time in our history. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Dan Pope took over the number 1 spot and had a decent season. Ryan Proctor was excellent at left back and Lloyd Jarman had another great season. The front three of Levi Jones, Lewis Jones and Oliver Lawrence-Gray were all exceptional, with Lawrence-Gray adding another 33 goals to his tally. THE YOUTH INTAKE Decent intake. American left back Thomas Taylor looks like he could go straight in, 3 goals in his first 3 games as well!! Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD Another lad poached before he came through. This time Lloyd Llwyd to Liverpool.
  7. SEASON 26 – 2047/48 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier RESULTS - RESULTS MANAGER PROFILE: CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW Out at the first time of asking in Europe, to Voluntari. A shocking 5-1 home loss was followed by a 4-3 away win, but it wasn’t enough. Same old in the league. 2nd place, but good progress as we broke our points record. 77 points the most to not win the league. We managed to make it to the Welsh cup final, but TNS were the opponents. They were far too good for us, and we went down 4-1 on the day. A poor result saw Buckley knock us out in the League Cup semi-final. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Marcus Jones is the first name in this section every year. 7.45 this year. Lloyd Jarman is starting to find his feet now, replacing Newton in midfield and Levi Jones is doing well, after being converted into a striker. 23 goals from Lewis Jones and a record breaking 49 from Lawrence-Gray. He now has 102 league goals in 108 starts. THE YOUTH INTAKE Dan Pope looks like he’s ready to go straight in as first choice keeper. Screen 1 Screen 2
  8. 3 more updates to go, then I can get back to actually playing the save!! I'll be sure to keep on top of these updates, moving forward.
  9. SEASON 25 – 2046/47 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier RESULTS - RESULTS - RESULTS MANAGER PROFILE: CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW 4th qualifying round again for the Europa Conference. Sligo Rovers were dismissed 5-1 on aggregate and then we got passed a tricky Beroe with a 1-0 away win. Eintracht Frankfurt were next and it was another step too far. Beaten 4-1 at home, we managed to get a credible 3-2 loss in Germany, but it was the 4th qualifying round again. The league is becoming very predictable. 1. TNS 2. Corwen 3. Barry Town. 69 points this year and a comfortable 14 clear of 3rd place. The League cup was short lived as we met TNS in the 3rd round. A shock defeat to Prestatyn Town in the Welsh cup. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Marcus Jones with another great season, also managing 16 goals from centre back. O’Sullivan with another impressive av. Rating and Billy Boyes has made the RB spot his own. Ryan Proctor is now comfortable as our left back and Lawrence-Gray was prolific again, with another 27 goals. THE YOUTH INTAKE A good intake, with Ryan Capes ready for the first team. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD It was the turn of Joseph Newton to move on this year, in a move to Newcastle that brought in £2.5m. Luckily, we got the 50% of next sale clause in this one. He looks like a real player and is now valued between £49m and £75m. Hopefully he gets snapped up, as this could be game changing. Kieran Claridge moved on to Sheffield United in a deal worth £27.5m from Bristol City. We did get £684k from this, but imagine if the board had let me negotiate and we had a clause in this one. Very frustrating. This season saw me reach 1,000 games in management.
  10. SEASON 24 – 2045/46 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier RESULTS - RESULTS - RESULTS MANAGER PROFILE: CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW The Europa Conference saw get the deepest we have yet, partly due to entering at the 2nd qualifying round this year. A 7-3 aggregate win over Valmiera was followed by a 3-2 aggregate win over Glentoran, getting through with an impressive 3-2 away win. Maribor was the last hurdle before the groups, but it was a step too far. A 2-0 home loss and 3-0 away loss meant we were beaten comprehensively. Both cups saw us frustratingly lose to Barry Town on penalties in the semi-finals after drawing both 1-1. Very similar league season again just getting into 2nd place, 1 point ahead of Barry Town. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Marcus Jones went up a level, achieving an average rating of 7.53 over the season. O’Sullivan also continued his form and Gary Tattum did well acting as the back up to the two. Joseph Newton again impressed in centre midfield and the goals were split between Lewis Jones (27) and Oliver Lawrence-Gray (26). THE YOUTH INTAKE Quite a standard intake. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD The first time we’ve been picked off by a bigger club. Kieran Claridge moved on for £1.3m, but it was disappointing how it happened. Offers were accepted by the board well below the value I held him at. My main aim was to get a 50% of next transfer clause inserted but it wasn’t to be. The £1.3m is definitely needed though and was reinvested back into the club in the form of academy coaching and the club finally turning professional.
  11. SEASON 23 – 2044/45 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES - FIXTURES MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW The first qualifying round of the Europa saw us up against Lithuanian opposition again in the form of Penevezys. A 4-0 away win was followed up with a 2-1 home win to see us through comfortably. Next up was Bosnian Sloboda Tuzla who were also comfortably beaten 5-1 away and 3-1 at home. The 3rd qualifying round saw us head to Scotland to play Livingston. We were never in the tie, losing the 1st leg 3-0 at home, followed by a 3-1 away loss. 3rd qualifying round is still the furthest that we have gone. Another typical league season, finishing in 2nd place. Barry Town are closing in on us though and it took a 3-0 win at their place on the last day to get 2nd place. We need to start pulling away from them and closing the gap to the dreaded TNS. For the 2nd year running we made the League cup final, coming up against TNS again. It wasn’t to be this year though, losing 2-0. The Welsh cup saw us pipped in the semi-final by Aberystwyth 2-0. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Marcus Jones and Matthew O’Sullivan have formed a solid partnership at centre back. Kieran Claridge was pushed further forward into a DM role and did well again. Martin Atkinson continued his good form and Joseph Newton smashed it in midfield in his first full season. Oliver Lawrence-Gray broke into the team banging 30 goals in 37 games. THE YOUTH INTAKE Not quite of the level of the last 2 seasons. Screen 1 Screen 2
  12. SEASON 22 – 2043/44 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW Not as good as previously in the Europa Conference. Lithuanian side Banga Gargzdai beat us at their place 2-1, but we overturned it 3-0 in the home leg. FSCB in the 2nd round. 4-2 in Romania not bad, but we were torn apart at home and lost 6-1. Still no group stage. The league is becoming pretty standard now, although we were only 3 points clear of Barry in 3rd place this year. Poor effort in the Welsh Cup, going out to Gresford at the first hurdle. FINALLY!!! A trophy!! THE Welsh league cup is our first cup trophy with an impressive 2-1 win over TNS in the final, with 10 men as well!! EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS O’Sullivan continues to be solid at the back and Claridge settled straight in. Harry Hill with another impressive season at left back and centre mid Atkinson stepped up a level. Gregor Perry found his way into the first team and managed 23 goals. THE YOUTH INTAKE Another 5* English player coming through in Newton. The coaching and recruitment is starting to pay off. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD Martin Atkinson won the player of the year award and Lewis Jones picked up best rookie.
  13. Haha, yes I had a Holywell save a while back and Bangor became a force. I thought at one point on this save that Barry Town were going to pull away and be the 2nd team, but they haven't done yet.
  14. SEASON 21 – 2042/43 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW So close to the 4th qualifying round. Petrocub Hincesti (Moldova) up first. A mad game in Moldova finished 3-3, then we got them back to North Wales and got across the line with a 1-0 win. Neftci Baku (Azerbaijan) next. 4-2 home win and a 2-1 away win saw us through quite comfortably. Next up Kairat of Kazakhstan again. A decent draw. We beat them 2-1 in Wales, but unfortunately went down 2-0 in Kazakhstan to see us out at the 3rd qualifying round again. Consistently in Europe and gaining wins is keeping us tick over financially. Consistency in the league is what I was looking for. We seem to be getting that now, albeit we can’t seem to get anywhere near TNS (yet). The League cup saw us defeated by TNS in the quarters and a disappointing 3-0 loss to Barry Town in the Welsh cup in the semi-final. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Martin Atkinson has broken into the team along with Jake Dunn while Ricky Gibson continues with good average ratings. Lewis Jones top scorer again with 18. THE YOUTH INTAKE Potential game changer with Kieran Claridge coming in. The first 5* player we have produced. Screen 1 Screen 2
  15. I've just posted season 20 and they have won every one up to that point without anyone getting close. They've also won around 95% of the cups as well. Its been so difficult to get past them.
  16. SEASON 20 – 2041/42 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW This season brought our deepest trek into Europe yet. Not exactly trail glazing, but the 3rd qualifying round the furthest yet. Valletta, of Malta, were up first. Comfortably disposed of 4-1 at home and 6-1 away. Next up was Lithuanian club Riteriai. A closer tie, but a home win 2-1 and 1-0 away win saw us through. We came unstuck at the third time of asking. Again, I fancied our chanced, but Zeljeznicar Sarejevo beat us 2-1 in both legs. An opportunity missed, but progress none the less. A good league season again, meeting our objectives. Not quite as many points as last year, but 68 points and a 2nd placed finish again guaranteeing European football for another season. Underachieving in the cups again. Out to Cwmbran Town in the Welsh Cup and out to Aberystwyth Town in the League cup. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Danny Greaves is not the established number 1. Jones and O’Sullivan did well at the back again, while Arwel Sklenar is still performing well at right back. Lewis Jones with plenty of goals again, getting 18 in 31 starts. THE YOUTH INTAKE Great intake with 3 players with first team potential already. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD Two more players poached before they made the youth intake, this time by Shrewsbury and a second one to Blackpool. Joseph Robinson and Bartosz Nowak were both released as they could no longer get game time. Robinson left having scored 173 league goals in 382 appearances. Youth facilities have now been upgraded again.
  17. Yes, I am on FM 22. Not sure what has happened there. I've just checked and Bangor 1876 are in the lower leagues. I started the save back in December '21, so not sure if that makes a difference?
  18. I'm really sorry to bombard with all these updates. I just want to get caught up, then I'll try and post on a season by season basis.
  19. SEASON 19 – 2040/41 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW Back in Europe which is always good for the financials. We met Finish side SJK in the first round. A good 2-0 away win was followed up with a 2-1 home loss, to see us through on aggregate. The 2nd round pipped us against Kazakhstani FC Kairat, and I was confident. It wasn’t to be though, a disappointing 2-1 home loss meant we had it all to do in the away leg. We lead 2-1 after 90 mins but Kairat scraped through with an equaliser in the 116th minute. Out in the 2nd Qualifying round again. The aim now and moving forward is to become a mini TNS and achieve 2nd place as a minimum every year. It turned out to be a great league season, finishing in coveted 2nd place and finishing on a record 70 points, 20 ahead of 3rd place. Another record points total without winning the title. Disappointing in both cups to be honest, going out to lesser opposition in both. Abertillery Excelsior in the League Cup quarters on pens and even worse Brickfield in the Welsh cup semi-final. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Marcus Jones and Matthew O'Sullivan introduced themselves to the first team at centre back. This could be a solid future partnership. Ricky Gibson did well again from midfield and Lewis Jones came on to the scene with 17 in 30. THE YOUTH INTAKE Not as good as it had been, but plenty to work with. Screen 1 Screen 2
  20. SEASON 18 – 2039/40 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW No European football this year so it was straight into the league season. It was a good league season all told, although we couldn’t get near Barry Town or TNS. We finished the season in 3rd place, meaning another European play-off. We eased past Camarthen 6-2 in the semi-final, then met Haverfordwest for the 2nd year running. Revenge was ours as won on pens after a 2-2 draw to send us back into Europe. League cup semi-finalists again only to be beaten 5-0 by TNS. Disappointingly out of the Welsh Cup at the 2nd stage, losing on pens to Ruthin. LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Osian Rush, Osian Flanagan, Arwel Sklenar some of the standout performers. Osian Graves came straight in from last years intake and bagged 22 goals in 26 starts. THE YOUTH INTAKE Really impressive intake, with 5 or 6 players probably ready to be involved at first team level. Atkinson came straight in and broke the youngest goalscorer record. Screen 1 Screen 2
  21. SEASON 17 – 2038/39 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW The season kicked off in the Europa Conference again. Unfortunately, we were out at the first hurdle to Icelandic team Fylkir. A 5-2 away loss was followed up with a 2-1 home win, to lose 6-4 on aggregate. The league season started really well again, and form was good up to the league split. Two wins in the championship conference stage meant that it would have to be via the play-offs to get back into Europe. We beat Camarthen Town 1-0 in the semi, only to be battered by Haverfordwest in the final 4-0. No European football next season. In the League cup we got to the Semi-final, and then came up against the dreaded TNS. We managed a decent 0-0, only to go out on penalties. The Welsh cup saw us knocked out at the quarter-final stage to Cefn Druids. Still no cups in the cabinet. EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE PLAYERS Harry Hill continued to impress at left back, whilst Danny Greaves established himself as the number 1. Osian Rush had a great season at centre back and Kian Hughes managed 17 goals in his first full season. THE YOUTH INTAKE Best intake in a long time. Plenty of players who will have an impact on first team football.
  22. SEASON 16 – 2037/38 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS OVERVIEW The season started with us back in the Europa Conference qualifiers. We saw off Sabail 6-2 on aggregate but were then drawn against Ajax in the next round. A spirited 3-2 loss in Holland was followed up by a 3-0 home loss. Not a bad effort. The home leg saw our record attendance broke, with a crowd of 3,184. The £65k gate receipts was also a club record. The league season got off to a flyer, going unbeaten in our first 14 games. The first loss coming to the dreaded TNS, 3-0 at home. (TNS have won every title since I started this, and no one has got close to them). We ended the season losing just 5 games and 4 of them losses came to TNS. With 67 points we managed to achieve our highest ever league finish, in 2nd place, and 8 points clear of 3rd place Barry Town. 67 points being the highest ever total to not win the league. Good progress. Decent runs in the cup, only to be halted in the League Cup semi-final by, you guessed it, TNS. Barry Town in the quarter-final of the Welsh cup. LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE THE PLAYERS Darren Prodger had a breakout season in goal and only 16 years old and Osian Rush started to settle in at the back. Harry Hill has made the left back spot his own, while Ricky Gibson continued his good form in midfield. THE YOUTH INTAKE Another good consistent intake with goalkeeper Greeves and striker Kian Hughes likely to push for first team minutes. Screen 1 Screen 2 OFF THE FIELD Youth recruitment is now at an exceptional level and I picked up the manager of the year award.
  23. SEASON 15 – 2036/37 – Welsh JD Cymru Premier FIXTURES - FIXTURES - SQUAD 1 2 MANAGER PROFILE - CHARACTERISTICS - ATTRIBUTES CLUB PROFILE - GENERAL - FACILITIES - HONOURS - FINANCES - TRANSFERS LEAGUE Similar season to the last one, but with a flip after the league split. We found our way into the top half of the table, but this made the end of the season difficult. Despite this, we somehow manged to get over the line in the European play-off, beating Aberystwyth Town 1-0 in the final. LEAGUE CUP WELSH CUP THE YOUTH INTAKE Screen 1 Screen 2
