I have FM23 uninstalled, so the 23' version of the tool didnt work. Installed FM23 and then it worked, thank you!

Side question. Where is the FM24 resource archiver?

Why is it that when I start a new game the updated transfers are already applied? Example: Weghorst is at Man Utd from the start of the game, instead of being transfered at the correct transfer date? Does anyone have an answer?
