I agree that low quality of regens and bad spread of them are major issues for FM22. I would feel very disappointed if this aspect wouldnt' be addressed, also because due to long wait for 22.4 there is the time for fixing it.

I don't wanna sound harsh or disrespectful, I've many friends in Ukraine (and in Russia as well), however I think it's pointless to wait for UEFA and FIFA decisions before issuing 22.4 because noone knows even if and when the two countries will agree on a peace agreement.
Who knows if and when UEFA and FIFA will make some decisions? Furthermore I don't see how such decisions would affect gameplay of 90% of users...

I would like to edit competition ID 43131832, however despite it is indicated to be an Italian competition, it doesn't appear in the list of Italian competitions under advanced rules settings. Do you have an idea about how to edit it?

I did it, but still saying about 23 teams instead of 26 for Primavera 2, please find attached the file.

In each of your 2021 and 2022 version of Primavera 2, on the teams and teams pool section in stage 0, I've added get teams from Group A and B on there and that may have removed the error message about finding 23 teams rather than 26.
After I did that I saw similar messages for Primavera 3 and 4, did the same thing but now getting error messages regarding promotion/relegation between Primavera 2 and 3.
I think I understood where is the problem. It is not possible to edit basic rules as you see from the uploaded screenshot. For this reason the reserve teams from second seasons are not U19s, but still U20s. With 3 promotions in the Primavera 2, the teams results 23 instead of 26,

Yes, the message is about missing teams for new stage 0. They are 0 and should be 26. Where do you think I made a mistake?

I tried to fix it, but still giving me error message that I do have 0 of 26 teams for "Campionato Primavera 2" even if I have all of 26 registred. May I upload the .fmf file here?

I miss Ecuador league representation, also because teams like Independiente del Valle are developing an interesting youth system.

I think that introducing U17s would improve realism (countries like Italy would have U19-U17 teams as in reality, instead of U20-U18, plus International U17 tournaments) and will make young development more interesting. Since for FM23 there is going to be a work of SI on regens, I think it would be an opportunity to have regens aged 14-15yo instead of 15-16 as it is now. This would also solve the possible issue of not having under 16 in the official database: the U17s can be filled with regens.

It says that the present teams for Campionato Primavera 2. I have a question about it because I saw there are two sections for this tournament: 2021 and 2022. What does it means?

I would like to change the Youth Reserve Teams in Italy from U20 to U19. I changed the reserve teams in Serie A, B, C from U20 to U19; then using the advanced rules I tried to switch from U20 to U19 the Primavera and Berretti tournaments, however I encounter an error message when I try to verify rules. I also wonder if I should edit Champions Youth League and Viareggio Tournament somehow.

I would like to remove salary cap in Spain, since it's bad implemented and affecting long term saves. There is a way for doing it?

I suggest to add a new type of AM: the player which is tackling and pressing high in the field. It could be useful for instance an AMC marking and closing up the opposite playmaker playing DM (like for instance does lately Kessie in Milan) or an AMR/AML marking creative opposite fullbacks (Kuyt was such a player).
