September 2026 The good start continues, and we end the month top of the league.

August 2026 Transfers (Out) We lose our starting LWB, but profit from it. Transfers (Out) We were unable to find a suitable replacement for Onana, but Ott, will step in for Osswein. Left Wing Back It's an undefeated start to the Eredivisie, and we're safely through to the Conference League groups. I absolutely expect us to top this group. Finally dealt a good hand after the previous two Champions League campaigns.

That's just the way things go sometimes, if we has stayed injury free during the middle period things would have been very different too. But we persevere!

2026 Preseason Transfers (In) Immediate first team players were few and far between this preseason, with only one we could afford, and on loan at that. Striker Transfers (Out) Onana had his release clause met by PSG, and now earns 3 times more than he did here. We'll be looking for his replacement immediately. A busy but successful preseason, and Derry City of Ireland stand in the way of a Conference League group stage berth. If we can stay injury free I think we can easily push for top 3.

April 2026 This is what happens when we have a fully fit squad. Wow!

March 2026 I'm really starting to hate Heerenveen.

2026 Youth Intake Dicky Pratama 5A - Roel Hoek 5B* - Glenn de Heij 5C There are definitely some gems here, even if there are only 7 players over 3* PA.

February 2026 I feel like this season has been a massive slog just because I've had to keep adjusting the lineups due to injury, but we're still 5th.

January 2025 A mixed month, but that pretty much sums up our season so far.

December 2025 I think we can wave goodbye to winning the league this season, there have just been too many injuries. Europe is still a possibility though, so that's the aim. The facilities have been improved, but the intake preview hasn't really reflected that.

November 2025 We go from comfortably beating Ajax to a loss to Fortuna Sittard. We can still rise to 3rd if we win our game in hand though.

October 2025 FM'd by VVV, but we look to have turned a corner in the league. We can also wave goodbye to anything Champions League related, we don't belong here.

September 2025 A horrible month, as fatigue and injuries mess us around.

August 2025 Heerenveen continue to be a thorn in our side, but otherwise we navigated a tough opening month quite well. We get another tough group, but we've beaten RB Leipzig before so 3rd is the aim I think. PSV and Feyenoord should also get at least 3rd in their groups, and Group C is absolutely terrible.

2025 Preseason Transfers (Out) A backup RWB leaves. Transfers (In) We had significantly less to spend this transfer window (1.7m compared to 5m odd), but that didn't stop us from making some good upgrades. We have a new look midfield, with a Dutchman finally making the first team, and an intriguing strike option. Central Midfielders Striker Our best preseason yet. Predicted 8th, but now I think we can make a legitimate push for the title given our transfers.

Had we not bottled it against Zwolle, we would've been the Dutch champions. Feyenoord choked hard, losing to Groningen and Fortuna Sittard, but to be fair they also had the Conference League semi finals to contend with, falling at that hurdle to Hertha Berlin, but adding plenty to the coefficient. April 2025 An amazing month, and I didn't expect to beat Ajax! We have two home games against Zwolle and Go Ahead Eagles which I expect to win before a final showdown against PSV in Eindhoven. That will probably decide the league title, but as I say I'm happy we've qualified for the Champions League in some capacity.

March 2025 With 6 games to go it's super tight between the top 3. Odds are that we'll finish 3rd, but anything can happen.

2025 Youth Intake Robin van Steen 4A - Mario Strik 4B - Dick Steenvoorden 4C A great intake, but some of those personalities for the higher PA players are less than ideal.

February 2025 We drop two games including the one against Feyenoord, and we've dropped to 3rd. I'd honestly be happy with 3rd though, so we'll see what happens.

January 2025 Transfers (Out) A 34 year old backup CM leaves. We destroyed RB Leipzig, who are currently 3rd in the Bundesliga, beat PSV and now hold first place by the slimmest of margins. Our next match? Feyenoord in Rotterdam. It's only a 40 minute trip by car, but it seems miles away given who we are playing.

December 2024 We ended up losing to Heerenveen, but with the league being our only priority after the winter break I'm looking forward to the remainder of the season. This also happened: A very strong preview, as upgrades continue to be made.

November 2024 We lose our first league game, and are temporarily off top spot, but we can regain it with points against Heerenveen.
