Consistency is a hidden attribute. It doesn't necessarily indicate how well a player will perform as there are a million variables at play - his attributes, the tactic, his role, how consistent/inconsistent he is, how much better/worse he is the the rest of the players in the team and league, how consistent/inconsistent the other players in the team are etc

There are also other hidden attributes like Pressure and Important Matches that can affect a player on a match day.

That's linked to his Consistency hidden attribute. As you've found, it doesn't necessarily mean performances will be inconsistent.

They tend to cut in quite well if you don't have a DM that gets in their way. I have experimented with a potent tactic that has a MC instead of a DMC and the fullbacks invert quite well.

If you have a save from just before you offer the contract, you can upload it for SI to review. Ideally, write down the steps (including what you're offering) so that they can reproduce what you've done. That gives them the perfect example to investigate whether there's some logic to it or whether there could be some adjustments.

Hi there. Are you able to upload a save from before the transfer offer happens? It would allow SI to reproduce your reported issue and they can investigate why it's happening to determine whether there's logic to it or something that needs adjusting.

You can double-check and start a new save now just to see if Kulusevski's contract has been fixed (as in Pete's screenshot) or is still the same as it is in the screenshot you provided.

In the thread, SI has stated that it's unusual for players younger than 18 to move clubs. They also stated:

You have 3 stoppages (and half time), so you have 4 chances to make your 5 subs. For example, you can sub 2 players at 60mins, 1 player at 65mins and 2 players at 70mins. That makes 5 players in 3 stoppages/intervals.

SI will need more detail in order to reproduce this issue. At minimum, they'll need how you're setting up set-pieces. They might require a save game as well.

Just a note that if you want SI to review this potential issue, please describe the issue and provide a save game that enables them to reproduce it. It's difficult to review anything without it.

It doesn't seem common for under 18 players to move (though not saying there aren't examples) when they're potentially a year or two away from even having a professional contract. As SI indicated specifically above - players with less than a year left should be looking to move and so should be open to negotiating with you.

Thanks for the report. This is working as intended. The LoE has been divided into low block, medium block and high press this year, which makes what exactly you're instructing much clearer.
