Sounds reasonable. Given that there were a few people cheering the Queen on this morning, how would you suggest we twist their arms so that they come round to the idea it might all be a bit over the top, because I'm gonna guess they won't instantly agree like most on here

The Queen is hanging on for the jubilee because she knows we get a day off for that and then when she finally does go, we will get more days off She's doing it for us, I take it back, my indifference has moved to I guess she is alright after all

I'm indifferent to the monarchy. I think it's all a bit silly but I don't care enough to advocate that we end it. I think my concern would be if we were ending the monarchy then you would have to consider the government - whilst the Queen doesn't get involved, she is essentially the boss, take that away and there is a void that needs to be filled, that would give MPs to rewrite how things work and they would surely take the opportunity to try and seize additional powers. That would be bad
