Not sure how man games - past january. in to 3rd round of uefa cup after winning 6-1 on agg v kaisaslaetern, got monaco now. (Next round is the quarter final) Just knocked man u out in reply in fa cup, revenge for league cup semi last season haha!, got birmingham in quarters now but have been poor against them in the league. At first i was going to move to a bigger team but now i want to carry on and take them to success, Only problem is i still cant get good players with them. Started as Shef Wed and was in bottom 3, when i started using this tactic, ended up just missing out on play offs, just started 2nd season p4 w3 d1 (the drawn game i got 2 men sent off with in 2st 20 mins, final score was 3-3) Just working out how get good free & cheap players. tom anders Posted April 21, 2006 Share Posted April 21, 2006 this only worked with my grays team i started a new game with reading with sugar daddy on and i had anton ferdinand and gioda at the back vanden borre at right back, as MC's i rotated between Moutinho (amazing, value went up to 19 million) john obi mikel, also amazing and javier mashcerano. LCFC Posted April 21, 2006 Share Posted April 21, 2006 I was so close to over turning my 3-0 away loss to hamburg, went in the break 3-0 up, they then score mid-way through second half and i could only score 1 more so 4-4 out on away goals. I might start a second game with a big side so i can have some money to play alongside this game, probably between; Barcelona, AC Milan, Chelsea (probably wont do england), lyon would be interesting too. After my 5th place in the prem and fa cup success of season 2, i had a bit of a disappointing saeson in the prem, finishing 13th. Saying that i did win the uefa cup and lost in the league cup final. Finding in the prem that i'm conceding alot of 2nd half goals despite changing the tactic to defensive etc. tried putting the squad on fitness training for a few weeks but didnt really make a difference. My AM did this(Ismael Aissati) scored a bomb scored in first full season something like 48 in 46 games. But i also conceded loads as well. and then it just wouldn't work in some games??
