Zoulpain
I don't get people who hate steam.. Steam is awesome. Go in the bios .. click del button when you turn on your pc .. If you cant view your dvd-drive there then your windows is busted or the drive is.

FrankJJ
Unlikely to fix this in here, when it's a general PC problem not related to FM. Try asking Google for "disk drive unavailable" and you will find plenty of ideas to remedy the problem. It can be a registry issue or something as simple as the dick drive cable working loose. ChelseaFan1994
no. is there nt a software which can update the disc drive
bcm
Go to system => device manager => and check if the disk drive device is working properly. As for the software, you should be able to find it the restore disk that came with your PC.
Andrew_
3 times I've told you what to do and you ignore it. Check Device Manager, come back with info on what disk drives are there. It may be it isn't working properly/there's a problem or it just doesn't recognise it. You post that info. Then I tell you how to fix that e.g. what you need to uninstall/install. You do it. It gets fixed. You play FM. Not hard is it ffs
FrankJJ
As I said earlier, ask elsewhere. http://www.theeldergeek.com/restore_missing_cd_or_dvd_drive.htm
