[Suggestion] Contract termination release fee

There should be a clause in which the club can terminate the contract of a player or staff for a certain fee at any given time. The clause will work as follows: any time the club wishes they can terminate the player or staff contract for a previously set fee, even if they have 5 years of contract remaining, however if they have a few weeks left on their contract the club will still have to pay out the fee should they wish to terminate the contract.
