Trophy Cabinet details gone

Hi, I am in season 25, 2047, and all my trophy details have gone. 

Shows totals but no breakdown.

Is this a known issue ?

First time I've heard anything along these lines - if you can send in your save game then it'd help us ascertain what has happened (and potentially fix it for your save game).

As I have won things after it has started to come back, but most of it is wrong lol

where are the save files to send kept on tablet ? Android

Thanks, its a weird one, but 27 seasons in now, dont want to lose it
