how would I edit torquay united please too start with minus 10 points

For a start you'd have to redo the whole of the english league structure and then edit in advanced rules the vanarama south to give torquay -10 points at the start of the season. Easiest way to do it would be to use the engliah database @lionel messi made.

All points deductions down to Level 10 are included in my database.
